  Next level restorations exceeded my expectations in every way. They were thoughtful and transparent every step of the way, worked with my insurance for me, and it is clear that they treat all of their employees like family. I will be a return customer! The work they did was incredible. They painted the exterior of my house with careful detail, replaced the roof in record time, and made my vision for my kitchen come to life. No hidden costs, no confusion communication, and no messing around! They were efficient while also taking great care. Another thing that really stood out to me was the way they put tarp down on my roof to stop any leaking before they replaced my roof. They came to do the inspection after I contacted them and they knew it was about to be a really rainy week, so they did a temporary patch, for free, without me even asking. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

  Next Level Restorations to the rescue! A large portion of our home was destroyed by an EF4 Tornado last year and Next Level Restorations saved the day. They immediately provided salvage mitigation to remove damaged materials from the home and mitigated any water damage from the storm. The management team oversaw the entire process from the beginning to the end. They worked directly with the insurance company making the entire process seamless. Inside and out the work they did to restore our home to its original state was exceptional. If you have an issue with any of the work that was done the ownership and management team was there immediately to correct the situation. I highly recommend this company for all home repairs.

  The experience of having a new roof put on was very positive. Everything from them coming to my house with the sample of what I requested, the constant communication and the actual roof being put on was great. They always showed up on time which is hard to find now days and cleaned up before they left. Everything was very professional. I am happy.

  Martha and Oscar were fantastic. I had originally reached out because I thought I had a roof leak. Martha was very quick to call me back and to get things arranged and followed up to confirm everything. Oscar came out to check for the leak. He thoroughly inspected my roof from the attic as well as from above. He didn't try to sell me other services, just focused on the problem I had called about. I then asked if they could come back out and install a vent in my roof. Within a day I had a quote and within a few days, Oscar came back out and did the work. He was quick, clean, efficient. Very professional. I can't recommend enough.
