⭐ 0 Stars – If I Could Give Negative Stars, I Would. Do Not Hire New castle Constructs. I hired New castle Constructs in early 2025 after my house fire, thinking they would help rebuild my home. Instead, it turned into one of the worst, most expensive mistakes of my life. The owner told me he had pulled all the necessary permits — that was a lie. After the job was finished, I went to confirm with the Chief of Electrical Inspections and learned that no permits were ever filed under this company. Every bit of electrical and home-improvement work was done illegally and without inspection. What I discovered after they “finished” is heartbreaking: • Walls are uneven, cracking, and even crumbling. • Holes were left around the new windows, allowing ants and bugs to come inside. • My steps were cut into but never finished correctly. • Cabinets came off their hinges. • Electrical sockets are loose and unsafe. • Bathroom vent left with a large hole outside the vent and pulling away from the wall. • Nothing in my home is aligned or level. He took a large amount of money and left me with a damaged, unsafe, and uninsurable home. When confronted, he minimized everything as “small fixes” and promised to send the electrician’s information — which he still hasn’t done. New castle Constructs is not registered with the Better Business Bureau, did not pull permits, and performed unlicensed electrical and major home-improvement work. If you value your home, your money, and your safety, do not hire this company under any circumstances.

Nadir and Ashely did an amazing job for my roof project and interior. Not only was their quote the most competitive they were the only group that accommodated my specific requests. Highly recommended!

Adonis and team worked expertly through my insurance after a storm, so I only paid the deductible. The roof and underlayment materials all very high quality and stunning. There was some slight interior storm damage on a bedroom ceiling. I expected a spot paint job after repairing but instead Marlon repainted the entire ceiling! The cleanup was so superb. You would’ve never known that someone was in my bedroom as it wasn’t one spot of paint anywhere. One of my neighbors across the street is ready for a new roof. I am hopeful of future projects.

After working with New Castle Constructs (specifically Adonis), I now have a go-to roof specialist here in Baltimore! They responded very quickly to my inquiry and Adonis showed up the very next day. Working with him was super easy; he answered every single one of my questions (I’m kind of a big “well, what if…” person, no matter how hard I try!) with responses that were practical/reasonable for my situation and budget, and definitely from a subject matter expert. 150 stars out of ten, will definitely be working exclusively with Adonis and his team in the future. Thanks again!!
