This guy has no business sense or customer service. My elderly parents booked him to do their roof. He kept pushing the date. When the final date came he showed up with the materials and then told my parents he doesn’t take personal cheques, which he didn’t tell them previously. So they went to the bank and got bank drafts made out to him. When he came back and they went to give the bank drafts to him and he said he was no longer doing the job and accused them of breach contract as they didn’t have proper payment to begin with. Why ask them to get bank drafts and pay those fees if he wasn’t going to do the job to begin with. Don’t trust this guy. Don’t waste your time.
