Your driver cut me off on the 401, GMC Sierra pickup, license BA24087. Not a great idea driving aggressively in a company truck

When the potential customer has to quest the written quote tells me that if you don’t want to do a job you should be upfront and say so. Instead of providing a quote that is out in left field. I don’t recommend this company due to their unprofessionalism!!!!!

Thank you for taking the time to give us this feedback, Diana. We’re sorry to hear the quote we provided for your residential roof was not to your satisfaction. We do our best to ensure that we are providing competitive pricing for each individual project, however, we are a commercial roofing company, and our pricing is generally higher than that of a residential roofing company. We sent our crew to your residence in London, ON with best intentions and willing to do the work on your garage. We pride ourselves on our reputation and customer service and would be happy to discuss the quote in detail with you. If you'd like, please contact me directly at (519) 648-2218 x 2402, Ingrid.

As a property manager responsible for multiple commercial buildings, I’ve worked with many contractors over the years, but Needlaw Commercial Roofing truly stands out. When we had a roof issue that needed urgent attention, their team responded immediately, assessed the situation the same day, and had repairs completed within 24 hours. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were outstanding. The crew was organized, respectful of the tenants, and kept the work area clean from start to finish. What really impressed me was their follow-up — they provided before-and-after photos, a clear summary of the work performed, and recommendations to help prevent future issues. It’s rare to find a company that combines speed, quality, and honesty like this. Needlaw has quickly become my go-to roofing partner for all our properties. Highly recommended for any property manager looking for dependable, top-tier service.
