  I can’t say enough good things about Navarro Family Roof Repair. Honest, knowledgeable, professional, reliable, and very nice to work with. I needed the flashing around the base of my electrical mast replaced, and Hayden got back to me quickly and came out the same day to inspect the roof issue. The repair was added to the schedule right away. Luke was the roofer who handled the job, and the repair work was excellent. While he was up on the roof, he also noticed a few other roofing-related issues and took care of them, which I really appreciated. Later, I had him check a possible problem with my gutter, soffit, and fascia. He carefully looked everything over, explained the condition clearly, and let me know everything was in good shape. He also went above and beyond by checking the attic area tied to the ventilation concern, adjusting the soffit baffle and insulation in a trouble spot, and offering helpful suggestions to improve airflow and protect the roofing system long term. That extra care showed real experience and attention to detail. I also had the chance to see their crew complete a full roof replacement on a nearby home, and the whole team looked organized, hardworking, and efficient. The job site was left very clean, and the finished roof looked great. I would absolutely recommend them to friends, family, and neighbors for roof repair, flashing work, gutter and fascia concerns, or a full roof replacement.

  If i could give more stars, i would. The customer service and roof workmanship were outstanding. After a very bad experience with another roofer that left parts not up to code, failed to replace rotted wood, and created visible low spots that held water after rain, this roofing team came in and redid the entire roof the right way. They were professional from start to finish and really listened to what i needed and wanted. The price was fair, especially for the high quality roofing materials and the level of work provided. They scheduled the job quickly, which helped avoid more roof damage and kept the renovation moving with the other contractors. In less than a week after the new roof was finished, several neighbors commented on how clean and sharp it looked. hayden, the inspector and project coordinator, jesse, the crew leader, and richard’s crew all did excellent work. They also coordinated well with the general contractor to keep everything on track during the renovation. This team clearly knows roofing, including proper installation, roof decking repairs, and making sure the whole system is done correctly. They care about doing the job right and making sure the customer is happy. I could not be more pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or a full roof replacement. They were also very helpful with the insurance process for storm and wind related roof damage. By far one of the best contractor experiences i have had.

  Navarro Family Roof Repair did an excellent job removing and replacing my roof and exterior trim. i had a pretty big project that included tearing off 3 old layers of roofing, adding a high quality waterproof underlayment, installing new architectural shingles, and wrapping problem areas around the windows, fascias, gables, and door trim so everything looked clean and sealed up right. wesley was very responsive through the whole process and was able to move the crew up earlier than expected between jobs, which really helped. He gave me a very competitive price, and the quality of the workmanship is top notch. jesse, the foreman, and the crew were true professionals and worked very efficiently. They were a smaller crew, but they finished faster than other roofing companies had estimated without cutting corners. They kept the area clean each day, communicated well, and handled a few on-the-fly changes with no trouble. The finished work looks great, and i keep getting compliments on how much better the house looks now. I would highly recommend them and would gladly work with luke and the team again.

  Over the years, they have completed several roofing and exterior projects on my home, including gutter and downspout replacement, fascia and trim wrapping, and related roofline work. I’ve consistently been happy with the quality of the workmanship, but their customer service is really what makes them stand out. I first decided to use them after I called about a warranty issue on newer roofline materials that had been installed for the previous homeowner soon after I moved in. Even though I was not the original customer, they still honored the warranty, came out quickly, and took care of the problem without hassle. That experience gave me a lot of confidence, and I’ve continued to trust them for exterior and roofing work ever since.

  From the first call to the final cleanup, the roofing team was great to work with. Caleb handled the first roof inspection and was very thorough, clear, and easy to talk to. He even came back the next day to put a tarp over an active leak at no charge because more rain was expected. That was before we had even chosen a roofer, while we were still comparing estimates, which really showed how much he cared. During the estimate process, Caleb explained the roofing options in simple terms and never pressured us to decide right away. He stayed helpful the whole way through, answered all of our questions, and even stopped by during the roof installation to check on things. On installation day, Jesse kept us updated throughout the tear-off and new roof install. The photo updates made it easy to follow the progress without needing to climb up and look at the roof ourselves. We could clearly see each stage of the roofing work, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Jesse also explained any changes to the original price as the project moved along. We were told ahead of time that some damaged roof decking or wood rot might not be visible until the old shingles were removed, and the possible added cost was explained clearly from the start. Once the roof was opened up, there was more damage than expected, but seeing the photos and getting honest communication made the extra material cost much easier to understand. The whole crew did an excellent job from inspection to installation to cleanup.   Only positive things to say about Luke and his crew. They replaced my flat roof and fixed a few tiles on the main roof, and the whole roofing job went very smoothly. They arrived early, paid attention to the small details around my home, and handled everything with care. The crew moved the patio furniture out of the way, covered the pool with a tarp, and made sure the work area stayed protected during the project. Luke was on site for most of the day, stayed involved, and even took extra care to save my gutter so I would not have an added cost. The team worked hard until the roof repair and replacement were fully finished, and when they left, the property was clean and spotless. After reviewing several local roofing contractors, we chose Richard and his crew, Mitchell and Jesse, for their strong roofing experience, solid certifications, proper insurance, and the confidence that the whole team was fully supported and professionally managed. Before the full reroof started, Mitchell and Jesse came out to handle active leaks so the home would stay protected during New Jersey’s rainy weather. They spent hours inspecting problem areas, walking the entire roof, and making careful temporary repairs that held up well until the full roofing work began. When they returned, Jesse joined the crew and they worked steadily and professionally, keeping the project on track and making sure the ridge vents, box vents, shingles, and other roofing details were installed the right way. What really stood out was how fairly and responsibly Richard handled every part of the job, including extra material costs and clear communication throughout the reroof process. The team also gave us detailed documentation showing the many installation mistakes from the previous roof, which was very helpful.   Updated review: My five-star rating still stands for Navarro Family Roof Repair. A little while after my roof replacement, I noticed a leak showing up again in one area of the flat roof. I also had the chimney flashing replaced earlier since it had not been included during the original reroof, and I understood paying for that repair because it made sense to handle only the work that was needed at the time. More recently, the same area started leaking again just outside the warranty period. Jesse came out, checked the roof, took photos, and explained that a crew would return soon to handle the repair. He was helpful and reassuring, and he let me know I might only need to cover materials. The next week, Richard and his crew arrived and completed the work. Richard gave a clear explanation of what caused the leak, including buildup of wet leaves and debris collected in the roof valley and near the flat roof corner. His roofing knowledge and experience were easy to see, and I really appreciated the time he took to explain everything. It means a lot when a local roofing company stands behind its work and helps even when the warranty has just passed. That kind of service, honesty, and follow-through is hard to find.   i would rate the roofing service around a b overall. We had a full roof replacement, along with new gutters and screen work, and the finished roof system looks solid and well done. There were a few small bumps during the project, but everything was handled and the final result came out very good. wesley was polite, professional, and easy to talk with. He gave us helpful information about the roofing options and kept the process moving. After a little extra review of the approved roofing materials, we were able to choose the right tile and get the job back on track. That added a little time, but it also helped make sure the new roof met the local requirements and was installed the right way. The office and crew were courteous, and the roofing team did quality work on the tear-off, underlayment, tile installation, and gutter work. Communication improved as the job moved along, and once deliveries, inspections, and scheduling were confirmed, things went more smoothly. One delivery happened with short notice, but the crew still worked around the driveway situation and kept the project moving without a major issue. The workers were respectful and professional throughout the job. They kept the property in pretty good shape, and any leftover roofing debris was taken care of so the area was safe and clean. The tear-off crew worked quickly, kept the area neat, and stayed very efficient from start to finish. The install team put down new plywood, underlayment, and proper sealing, then came back early the next morning to finish the shingles and add roof vents and fans for better attic airflow.   We are very happy with the new roof and the whole experience with Navarro Family Roof Repair from beginning to end. When Mitchell came to our home to get the project started, he explained the roofing process clearly, answered our questions, and never made us feel pressured. We also had a chimney that did not match the look of the new roof and brick very well, so Jesse recommended painting it to better fit the home’s exterior. That extra help made a big difference and saved us from having to deal with work on a steep roof ourselves.   We have a flat roof on the back of our house that kept giving us problems for a long time. A few roofers tried patch jobs before, but the repairs never held up. Navarro Family Roof Repair finally fixed the flat roofing section the right way, and since then we have had no more leaks or issues. It would have saved us a lot of stress if we had called sooner. We were tired of dealing with interior damage, drywall repairs, and repainting after every temporary roof fix.
