I called Nadales Renovations, everything went ok, until they did my roof, they stripped the shingles on the roof, knowing that the next day we would have a storm, they did not cover the area appropriately and I was left with a lot of water running through my home. They broke my wood moulding trims in multiple areas of the home when they were taking off the shingles on my roof, I talked to Sebastian to fix it, but he never showed up and never fixed it. The siding around the dormers on my windows were cut 3-4 inches, leaving behind a noticeable thick metal around the dormers, I had told Sebastian to fix this. He told me that he would come back and fix it, but never showed up to do so.

Hey Tony you mention the worst but don’t mention the strong efforts we did to please you! Your homes roof had 3 layers and was extremely neglected exteriorly. You’re angry we didn't replace your 100 year old asbestos siding after cutting it carefully to be able to re flash your dormers! I told you there’s no other way to flash it without cleaning it up to flash and it was too dangerous to work with and you still insisted on ignoring the safety of my crew! We completed your roof in a timely manner, came back in the storm to tarp it fully until the water stopped. We were hired to do the roof and we did a great job with new plywood and building inspector passed it! My warranty stands for 10 years if you ever have any issues with your roof please call anytime.

Excellent service at a fair price! They cleaned our gutters, which were a complete mess, and had everything done quickly and professionally. We also used Sebastian this past winter to shovel snow off our roof after two major storms,. They did a fantastic job. Reliable, friendly hardworking, and highly recommended!!!

I can’t recommend Sebastian and the team at Nadales Roofing enough. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and the attention to detail really showed. What impressed me the most was the cleanup. I have young children who are constantly playing in the yard, so I was naturally concerned about nails and roofing debris after the tear-off. When they finished, the property was absolutely spotless. Not a single piece of debris was left behind. That level of care and professionalism gave me complete peace of mind. If you’re looking for a roofing company that takes pride in both their craftsmanship and how they treat your home, Sebastian and Nadales Roofing are the people to call. Outstanding work from an outstanding team!

The 5 person crew arrived at 7am, sharp, immediately went to work, stripping of shingles, exposing some bad wood underneath. they sent out and covered the entire roof in 1/2” plywood, applied drip edge, sealer paper, and the nice bright light grey shingle, installed a new gutter and downspout, and were finished by 5 pm. excellent teamwork, clean and efficent. Thank you for a great job
