  We hired the same roofing company for repairs both last year and this year, but unfortunately, the roof is still leaking. Because of this, we contacted the company again, and a representative named Sean came to inspect the situation. However, he did not listen carefully to our concerns until the end. Instead, he focused on pushing his own viewpoint and rushing us into a contract. Although he promised to send both an estimate and documentation explaining what had gone wrong with the previous repair, he only sent the estimate. Furthermore, he stated that he would only provide documentation about the previous repair issues after we signed the contract, which struck us as untrustworthy. He also said things like, “If you sign now, I might be able to talk to my supervisor and get you a discount,” implying that he wanted to help us. But in reality, he seemed impatient and more focused on his own interests than on genuinely assisting us. He did not make a sincere effort to understand our position or situation, and his approach did not reflect the kind of respectful, consumer-centered service we were hoping for. The estimate he provided was also extremely expensive. No matter how good a company’s reviews might be, based on our actual experience, we believe it would be better not to enter into a contract with this company.

  Have a small leak from our ceiling in our living room. Looked at reviews for roofing companies and called My Way Roofing first due to their excellent reviews. When they called me back, they said that fixing leaks in a roof will cost of minimum of $3,500! That was very shocking. This company might be excellent at roofing. But if you have a small leak and are considering their services, it better be a very large leak requiring lots of work, because it is going to cost you at least $3,500 dollars to fix it.

  Nothing professional or innovative about this company the kid that came to look at my roof looked high and had a sarcastic attitude about my concerns didn't provide an estimate

  Had two leaky old skylights replaced alongside a full roof restoration. Their lead installer custom-flashed around the frames to ensure complete waterproofing. We’ve had heavy rains since, and everything is bone dry.

  We had them install a dark bronze, concealed-fastener standing seam metal roof over our porch accent and added heavy-duty snow guards on the main roof slope. The metal bends around the fascia lines are knife-edge sharp, and winter snow now slides safely away from our front walkway.
