  I had an entire roof placed on my house about 5 years ago and now I have a leak. I thought no problem I will call Mr. Roofer I will have them come out find the cause of the leak and make repairs. They put the roof on so they are the ones …

First, I want to acknowledge that the experience you described is not the experience I want anyone to have with Mr. Roofer. If our communication left you feeling frustrated or as though we were unwilling to help, that responsibility falls on me as the owner and I am truly sorry. I appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly and better understand your concerns. While there may have been misunderstandings regarding our policies and the circumstances surrounding the leak, my focus is not on debating those details publicly. My focus is on determining what is causing the issue and working toward a fair resolution. My company has built its reputation by standing behind our work and treating customers the way we would want to be treated. When a customer has a concern, I believe it deserves attention, regardless of how much time has passed. That didn’t happen here and it needs to be made right.   Had a salesman come and inspect and was told they’d cover cover my deductible which I knew I couldn’t legally do. Not the best first impression

  They advertise pretty instant quotes after a consultation is completed. I wish that were my case. 7 days later and no quote, I’ve checked in twice and have gotten just a bunch of excuses. My issue is false advertise and broken promises. Do better!

  I highly recommend Mr. Roofer in South Point, OH! From the very start they were very friendly and professional to the very end! They are very efficient and do great work! They had my roof completed in one day! It looks amazing and I am very pleased!

  From the first phone call to the final inspection, Ashley was a jewel to work with. She got the job booked, priced and done within 3 weeks.   From the first call to my last call Mr Roofer came through with every detail that I was told would be done. Blake was great to deal with . Jay came out to walk my roof and went over the details with me and just from just speaking with him and Blake I knew it was the right choice. Job was doing very quickly and the workers were great. Besides a new roof you'd never know that they were there. And Mr. Jim I really enjoyed talking with him about gardening and chickens. Great company and even better group of people.   I recently had my roof replaced, and Mr. Roofer gave me excellent pricing and service. Tyler was professional, knowledgeable, and even fun to be around. (He also brought toys for my new puppy.) The guys doing the actual replacement were very hard workers and didn't fool around. Job well done!
