  They came to give us a quote. The guy did even measure the garage. He just wrote 1000 square feet. Without doing measurements, put down 7000 for doing a garage roof. Roof is tiny it’s a small garage. These guys are a joke minus the clown shoes. Don’t waste your money. If they see a single woman as an owner the will price gouge them. Very unprofessional taking advantage of an old lonely lady. Price gouging like that

  They just want to make money out of you. They will try to sell you services that you dont need. They gave me an unreasonably high quote for a minor siding repair. I went ahead it reluctantly because I didnt want to wait. They come out on the day of the job and tell me they will be back in a month because they dont have material which they also charged me for btw. They called during that period to reschedule my appointment because they double booked their technician. Then after a month they come out and tell me they cant fix it and it will cost more (holding the customer hostage essentially as I already waited a month). They ended up overcharging me on top of what was already signed as part of the original contract and wasting more than a month just for a minor repair. I would not recommend them to anyone unless you have a lot of time any money to spare and love being cheated. My technician was George btw.

  Hello Mr. Kapoor This is George. BTW I'm not a technician. I'm a manager of the repairs. I have read your review thoroughly. I believe there is some confusion: *You said "I gave you an unreasonably high quote for a minor SIDING repair" – Mr. Kapoor, I gave you our basic quote for a ROOF repair. BTW thank you for the $150 payment you made yesterday (8/24/23) on invoice (dated 6/5/23) *You said "You went with it reluctantly because you didn't want to wait" – Mr. Kapoor I did offer to repair it on the same day because my schedule allowed the time. BUT you said "NO" and you wanted other quotes. * You said THEY came out on the day of the job and said THEY would be back in a month – Mr. Kapoor there is NO "THEY" it was always just ME. I came out that day and left for a few minutes to pick up a bundle of shingles with a matching color of your roof. And finish that day. BTW I have NEVER been asked by a customer to give them half a bundle FREE of charge on small repairs. But I left it for you. I NEVER overcharged YOU or anyone. THIS IS NOT THE MAN I AM OR THE COMPANY I WORK FOR!!! This is the ONLY response you will get from me or Mister Roof. BTW Mr. Kapoor, WE WISH YOU A GOOD LIFE and May you find PEASE WITHIN YOURSELF.

  Made an appointment to have someone come to my house to give a quote but they never showed up. It was hugely inconvenient. Mr Roof may have a cute logo but they left me in the lurch.

  Scheduled an estimate for siding. Met with Eugene to assess the job. He left his card, said he’d send the estimate, but never sent it. Three attempts to reach him over the course of two weeks went unanswered. Wouldn’t have bothered with a review but saw the same exact thing happened to another reviewer. Update: received estimate on March 2. Estimate appointment was on Feb 8.

  Finding a trustworthy contractor can be tough, but Mr. Roof exceeded all expectations.   Mr Roof did our roof and Kevin did our free quote and the price didn’t increase , he did explain though it could possibly increase if we did need plywood which is only determined after removing the old shingles. Pavlo was the project manager and he explained our plywood was great and the quote will remain the same. They came here around 8 and finished by 6 even though they all got caught in the rain. Anna who scheduled everything is also the sweetest most understand women, I had a leak in my window which was caused by another company and she made sure to communicate all my concerns to Pavlo. I would recommend Kevin, Anna , Pavlo to any and all friends and family. This company truly cares about making the customer happy.

  This review is long overdue. From the initial contact with Anna in the office, through the job completion, communication and service with everyone at Mr. Roof was top notch. In February 2025, I had water pouring into my basement from a gutter. It was rainy, snowy and freezing cold. I thought I needed new gutters because the water pouring in wasn’t the only problem with the gutters. They came right out to take a look at the gutters. The gutters were full of ice and debris, as well as pulling away from the house. Instead of trying to upsell me gutters, I was provided with a very reasonable quote to fix and clean out the gutters of which I accepted. They came out frequently until all the ice and debris was able to be removed and gone. When the time comes that I do need new gutters and/or a roof, I will definitely be calling Mr. Roof to do the job. I highly recommend Mr. Roof! Thank you Mr. Roof!

  From the moment we met the team at the home show, we had a great experience with Mr. Roof. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer our questions without any pressure. After reaching out to the office, the excellent customer service continued. Anna and the office staff were professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. When Pavlo and his roofing crew arrived, they were professional, hardworking, and respectful of our property. They completed the job efficiently and did an excellent job cleaning up the work site when they were finished, which we truly appreciated.   We have talked to Eugene a few times over the years and finally decided to redo the roof. His pricing was clear and competitive. Timeline and Office staff were perfect and when we hit issues with water damage , they confirmed every step of the way so we didn’t have any surprises. The installation team was very hard working and professional and took so much time every night to clean up as they worked. 5 out of 5 for all aspects !

  I had gotten several estimates for roof replacement. Vladimir came out to our house looked at the roof and went to his truck and came in my house and gave me the estimate. I told him you have beat three by hundreds and a couple by thousands! I said you got our business. A crew of four showed up this morning at 8am they the roof stripped and re shingled buy 1pm they cleaned like they were never there!! If i could have given more than 5 stars i would have! I would highly recommend them the quality of the work is excellent!!

  The entire job was done in 6 hrs. I thought they were going to lunch at 1pm.........they were done! They did an amazing job & it looks awesome. I recommend MR Roof for any type roof. mine was a bungalow (1150 SQ FT) Get the Mr Roof coupon in the mailer coupons for $8K includes everything, stock & dumpster

  We are very satisfied with our new roof. We decided to go with GAF Timberline Pewter Gray Shingles. The team from Mr. Roof, Inc. showed up early and they were very polite and respectful of our property. Also, they have great prices and many options to choose from. I definitely recommend Mr. Roof, Inc. Update on my review: Fast forward 5 years to 2025, our roof still looks amazing. We also had Mr. Roof, Inc. install siding and shutters on our house. We went with a Pacific blue. Our house looks amazing. I'm definitely 100% satisfied with MR ROOF. INC.
