  Richard, We are confused by your review because it confirms that you declined our recommendation for a roof replacement, which was certainly your right as the homeowner. However, once you made it clear that you were not interested in pursuing that option, the conversation concluded. Given that you had already declined the recommended solution, we are unclear why the absence of a proposal for a project you did not wish to pursue became the basis for a one (ZERO) star review. During our visit, you shared your view that all contractors in Sussex County are primarily interested in taking advantage of homeowners because they see all these retirees and beautiful homes. We respectfully disagree. Our responsibility is to provide an honest assessment of the roof in front of us, whether that leads to a repair recommendation or a replacement recommendation. In this case, the condition of the roof simply did not support a repair recommendation. Our recommendation was based on the conditions observed during our inspection. We found two layers of shingles, evidence of multiple points of water intrusion, deteriorated roof decking, rusted fasteners, heavily worn shingles with substantial granule loss, and signs of previous repair attempts around the skylights. Based on those findings, this is why your home has water running in to your sunroom, down the inside of your homes walls and windows, which is why we determined that a repair would not be a reliable or responsible recommendation. If there is additional information that led to this review, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss it with you. You are more than welcome to return our attempted phone calls so we can better understand your concerns and address them directly.   We discovered water damage in our ceiling. Morse came out within a few days, inspected the roof, found some issues and patched them. There was no upsell pressure. Everything was done quickly at a reasonable price.

  All of the people with whom we interacted--from the owner and his son to the receptionists to the project manager and supervisors to the experts who installed our siding--were knowledgeable and professional. We are very satisfied with the work that was done on our home.

  My neighbor (sister-in-law and her husband) needed some siding replaced. The only company I recommended to them was Morse Roofing and Siding because they have done quite a bit of work in our neighborhood (The Estuary) and they receive amazing reviews on our neighborhood website. I also needed some minor siding work done so I also contacted Morse after my sister-in-laws husband contacted them. John Dixon came out and gave us a very fair estimate to complete the work and stated they would do both of our homes on the same day. Yuriy and his crew came out a couple of days later and did amazing work. They also cleaned up when they were finished . After the work was completed Yuriy walked me around both homes to show me the work they had done. He takes great pride in his work. They did incredible work! I will not hesitate to use them in the future and recommend them to anyone needing roofing or siding work done. Amazing company and staff!

  They arrived earlier than expected, assessed the issue, and completed the repair quickly. They also identified and fixed another potential problem. Afterward, they explained the issue with photos and described the work they had done. If I need roof repairs or a new roof, I will call Morse.

  An amazing experience from estimate through a complete install in one day on my parents’ house in Lewes. They were timely, polite, professional; and at the end of the day, it looked like the crew had not even been here all day because the cleanup was impeccable. We highly recommend them.

  This is the second time in a year that we have reached out for help with a small repair. We’ve always received friendly, courteous and prompt service. Last year a nail made a small hole in a shingle, the roof is 8 years old. A quick plug and the leak was fixed. This time a portion of the fascia came loose. Once again our issue was promptly repaired with friendly service from Brett. Thank you everyone! :)

  This was our 2nd roof installed by Morse Roofing and I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism. They show up with a small army of men and get the job done in hours not days. That means a lot when someone is working on your biggest investment. It's a big peace of mind not to have to worry about your roof being torn off and your home exposed to the elements overnight. They do an outstanding job and always leave your property better than they find it. I highly recommend them!!
