Update: After a recent hail storm, Modern Edge Roofing has now installed three additional roofs for me. Once again Elias and team have exceeded my expectations. He is thorough, does the best quality work and has the most amazing roofers. I'm thankful to have a company like this that I can trust for such a large investment! Modern edge roofing has completed 3 roofs for me and 7 for others in my family. You won't meet an owner with more integrity than Elias! He goes the extra mile to do things the right way and with the highest quality products, even if it costs him a little more to exceed expectations and ensure your roof is done right. Next time a big storm rolls through, I'll be calling Elias again.

My 15-year-old builder-grade roof was aging. Some shingles began to fly away after each storm. The signs of erosion were more severe on the slope surfaces facing the wind. I got quotes from several companies and finally decided to use Modern Edge Roofing. The work started on the following day. Material was delivered at 6am. The crew arrived at 6:40. Before 11, I got a beautiful new roof! The crew of ten worked fast and safely. They cleaned up my yard picking up every piece of trash and nails. They made sure nothing was left in the gutters. I’m very pleased with this local business which has been in operation for almost ten years according to the owner.

Modern Edge Roofing made fantastic repairs to my fence. I had 2 companies tell me that my entire fence needed to be replaced. Modern Edge said the fence was still in good condition and just needed repairs and a fresh stain. They were able to save me thousands and didn’t push for a new fence when it was not needed.

They did quick and good work to get my rental house’ roof to stop leaking during a storm. He went on the room while it was raining to fix it! I was impressed! They do great work and I would use them again!

Elias and his team performed a commercial roofing project for my company, which was over $100,000. His attention to detail, communication and the quality of work was a real aspiration and very much appreciated.

Modern Edge Roofing specializes in taking care of their customers above all else. Our large and complicated roof was severely damaged by baseball-sized hail. The call to Modern Edge was the first and only call we made for our roof replacement. Elias was personally involved in every aspect of the process. He was present for the insurance adjuster's inspection to make sure that we received everything possible from our claim. Elias was on site for the big day of replacement, managing a skilled crew of over 25 workers, and overseeing every detail. Their quality control and attention to detail are second to none. Our neighbor a few doors down with a similar roof used a different contractor who took four days to do a complete replacement. Our roof was replaced in a single day! The gutters needed replacing and all the painted trim needed a facelift, so we contracted with them for that project as well at the same time. Elias took care of and coordinated everything, hired all the trade professionals, and personally stood behind their work. They are truly a one stop shop for all your roofing and construction needs. If you are looking for a reputable company to walk you through an entire project like this from start to finish, look no further than Modern Edge Roofing!

In Texas there is no shortage of roofers. What makes Modern Edge so different is the quality of customer service and communication that Elias Lourence provides from start to finish. The roof installation was excellent as was both pre-work communication and post work follow-up. Elias has been quick to respond to all requests. I cannot properly express how pleased we have been with our choice to use Modern Edge Roofing.

Elias and his team were highly professional. He was very honest and made the whole insurance and repair process easier. They replaced my mom's roof and worked on various house details. Elias was in communication with us throughout the whole process and since the beginning, he made sure my mom's requests were met. I would totally recommend his team and use their services in the future.
