  I saw one of your trucks and started talking to William Daniels. We scheduled an appointment at that time for him to come look at my siding. He called the day of the appointment to say he was running late. He originally said it was going to be 30 minutes but then said it was going to closer to an hour so I had to reschedule. The new appointment day he and a coworker arrived and began looking at my siding. After reviewing it, he said he would contact me the next day with an estimate. That was 5 days ago and I haven’t heard from him. Was really looking forward to getting my siding done before winter.

  Got their guys going door to door and we have 2 no soliciting sign and they knocked anyway got my dog all worked up and woke my new born. They need to teach their workers to respect no solicitation signs. Really rude.

  I feel they scammed my insurance company. Original estimate for a roof on a small house was $14,000+; with multiple additional fees...total job cost $26,000+. (And it is not diamond-studded!).

  Mike Twining and his team did a good job with the roof installation. When I had an issue they came right out and addressed it. I would recommend MLM for your next roofing project.

  We recently had a small leak in our skylight and Mike Twining and his group went aboveeeee and beyondddddd to take care of us. Initially, they came right out and tried to glue it up and see if that would help. Being over 20 years old, the weather seals just were too degraded. They were nice enough to put a tarp over it until we got a new one installed by them! We got a top quality one at an incredible price which easily beat other estimates. The work was done carefully by 2 workers and tested thoroughly! They were very professional and cleaned up everything in their path. The skylight has an automatic shade which we won’t really mess with :-) They had initially helped us with our brand NEW roof and this experience was just as seamless as the first. Their CS is definitely top notch!

  Amazing work by MLM Home Improvement. I am really happy with their work. Also the ground team did amazing job coming up on time, working efficiently and getting a job done on-time. Also great job cleaning up afterward which is most important thing. I would definitely recommend MLM.

  I had an excellent experience with this roofing company. The entire process was professional from start to finish. The supervisor took the time to explain the plan in advance and kept me informed throughout the project, regularly checking in to ensure everything was progressing as planned. I really appreciated the communication and attention to detail. The team arrived on time, completed the project within the promised timeframe, and finished everything the very same day. I was especially impressed by the crew’s responsiveness, professionalism, and care while performing the work.
