  I’m sorry to say that I would not recommend that you use Minho roofing. They visited my property in Toronto and I directly asked if I needed a new roof. They informed me that I only needed a repair and this is what they proceeded to do. Three months later I had a major leak in the same spot that I had asked them to fix/replace. After repeated calls to their office and no return calls, I now have to hire another roofer. Use their service at peril.

  I called Manuel on the referral from someone and although his price was reasonable… the pros stop there. I can tell pretty quickly that his team was not professional. I think they are used to doing these commercial roofs where they are not in contact with people. They finished the job and I noticed they completely destroyed my eavestrough with their ladder. It took many calls and pleading with Manuel to get them back to fix it. I also mentioned to him that some crews had a special add on to the ladder where the pressure is placed on the roof and not the eavestrough but he said he had no idea what I’m talking about and there is no special ladder. Recently the wind started to blow off some shingles so I texted Manuel and got no response. When I called, he did pick up but tried to suggest that it was so long ago that it was out of warranty. When I explained that we purchased the house in 2014 and that it was within warranty he laughed it off and asked me to call him the following week. I’ve tried calling a half dozen times along with texts but he refuses to pick up the phone. I got tired and gave up. Keep in mind this is all under warranty. Going to look for someone else to patch things up. You might be thinking why would someone refer these guys? Well, I found out that the same person that referred me had to take legal action over a dispute on work done on commercial property. I always like to refer small businesses and I don’t like to hurt people's businesses but I don’t want to see other people get burned by this guy.

  We had the best experience with Minho roofing, roof was done quickly and professionally, everything was explained and what ever questions I had, they we're happy to answer them all. Tony and his crew are the best!!!
