  Got 3 different quotes for 6 windows, they were almost double in price from other companies. Quoted same ProVia windows.

  Had a back door installed $1800. It leaked. They came back out and caulked it. It still leaks. We called 2 times they won't come back out its still under warranty …

  We apologize for the delay, John. Nolan was out to work on it today & we have contacted the manufacturer about the defect. He did come out when you called the first time & thought he fixed it. (In addition to caulk, he adjusted the door seal & sealed the mitres on the fusion frame) We are not perfect, but we do intend to figure out the issue. We wish we had more people with Nolan's skills to take care of service issues, but it has been difficult to find people these last few years. Thank you for your patience

  They replaced windows and siding at my mother’s house and two of the windows which were installed at the same time are now leaking. We gave them a call this summer about the dining room window/siding leak- which was the second repair for that window and they had already been out to repair once before- that has caused the newly repaired drywall and freshly painted wall to bubble. Again. We never got a call back about that repair. I resorted to caulking it myself in hopes that it wouldn’t get worse, especially since there are outlets under that window, but it certainly doesn’t look as good as if it were done properly. If they want to write it off as my needing to do maintenance, they should at least give us a call back to say that. But I don’t see why I should be having problems again, or doing maintenance already, when they’ve already been out once to supposedly make it right. The second window leak just occurred this evening, in which the upper part of the window is leaking down the lower windows and onto the casement- in the mild to moderate rain we had this evening. What it will do in a downpour, I don’t want to know. We were already having issues with that wall/window but were willing to say that it might be that the siding needs replaced (it wasn’t part of their original work), but now the actual window installation is leaking, also down the freshly painted wall. I don’t particularly see why I should waste my time trying to call about this one, seeing as we never got a call back this summer about the window and damaged wall that we now have to take care of, but I suppose they’ll tell me that I ought to. These issues are why a different company is building our sunroom addition and why we will be looking elsewhere for someone to replace our other doors and windows. If they can’t get the windows right, why on earth would I trust them with the front door? Update: They’ve left two voicemails and a text message under a number that doesn’t show up under the comp

  Hi McKayla, we're sorry to hear this problem has gotten worse! She initially called us in mid June. Our service technician left a message for your mom in early July & never heard back. He is calling her now & if she has voice mail, will leave a message on both numbers if he doesn't reach her. Please have her call the office at her earliest convenience if she doesn't connect with the service tech! 330-695-4905 Update: We made contact & will have a service technician there this Friday. Second Update: Our service tech, Nolan went there this past Friday & fixed both leaks. We do our best to always take care of issues that come up after install. We are not perfect and if you need us to come back, please call the # above & Nolan will come back out or your mom can text us back on the other number, which we can answer after hours.

  VERY HIGHLY PRICED FOR AMISH MADE PROVIA BRAND WINDOWS AND DOORS!!! Didn't want to work with me on other models of windows. They need to work on their prices for everyones budgets!!!

  We’re sorry you feel this way, Jim. We find our pricing is very competitive with other companies. Most of our customers are repeat or referrals, so we know we must be a good value or they wouldn’t be coming back & telling their friends. We are open to looking at other window options & we’d be glad to do that for you. Our salesperson did try to call you twice & we invite you to call him back to see how we can help.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company showed up outside our bedroom window this morning with jackhammers and throwing 2 foot size blocks of concrete into an old rusty trailer creating extraordinary noise and disturbing the neighborhood. Man’s nam is Ely Miller . Called the company to ask that they come back later in the day as we work into the wee hours of the morning, and was verbally abused by Charity Miller, who falsely claimed that my neighbor ordered this done at 8 am. My neighbor isn’t home and knows us and never told us about this,and I’m sure will be very curious to learn given they know we sleep later in th morning. Christy Miller screamed at me on the telephone in the most condescending manner. They refused to come back at a decent hour. Rly and his giant man throwing cement blocks laughed heartily at me when I asked them to come back later in the day. This is completely inappropriate for a company! What a horrible group of people! If you want good relationships with your neighbors, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

While construction work can be noisy, it is certainly not our intention to cause any more disturbance than necessary and we are sorry that this occurred. I also apologize for the way your concern was handled in our office and will be addressing that with the individual involved. I did discuss this with the employees on the job site and they indicated that their laughter was in no way directed at you in a derogatory manner. They actually misinterpreted your gestures as friendly. We will do a better job in the future of recognizing the inconvenience that could be caused by our construction activities.   I have had doors, gutters, roof and garage floors done by Miller. Always done correctly and in a professional manner. I would go to no one else regardless of price if you want it done correctly and with follow up if needed.

  Fantastic Job! The work was completed in timely way. There was nothing left behind for us to clean up. The new valleys and other repairs have kept out the recent strong rains. Very pleased with our whole experience. We are return customers.

  We recently basically had a complete house work over done by Miller Custom Exterior. New garage door, front door and screen, all new windows, old red brick halfway up the front of the house tore off and replaced with stone, steel siding, metal shake roof, soffit, and gutters, and a brand new sunroom added on to replace our deck we had. They did a fantastic job. Could I have possibly gotten a cheaper price if I had shopped around, possibly, but I don't think I would have gotten the craftsmanship that I got from Miller. They took their time and in my opinion, worked on our house like it was their own. The attention to detail just absolutely amazed me. Everything was looked at and installed to perfection. Seeing some of these things done for the first time, I always had questions. The employees always took the time to stop and explain to me what was going on and why it was being done in a certain way. They always had time for me and treated me like I wasn't asking a dumb question and I did bug them quite a bit. They offered a few suggestions that I am glad that I went along with. Like I said, it was like they were working on their own house.The employees were very friendly and I got to know quite a few of them by first name. Would I recommend them, you bet! If I needed work done again, would I call them, in a heart beat. I want to thank Ed Miller who was very hands on with our project and was at the house many time. Our salesman Dana who always had time for us and gave us many helpful suggestions. The workers who were here. I didn't get everyone's name but thanks to Mark, Ben, Nate, Bryan, Ryan, Jay, Joe, Cody, James, Luke, Dan, Dan and Nolan. You all did a fantastic job!

  Had 6” black gutters put on my pole barn with a leaf guard. It was the most precise, snug fitting, beautiful gutter (I never thought I would ever say that about a gutter). I wish I had it on my house!!! When the time comes, I will.
