  Back on May 21, 2025 we had a neighbors tree fall and damage an out building and also damaged a separate building which is an in-law suite and our Pool table/ game room. Serpro was used through our Insurance Company, (That's another nightmare) Servpro then contracted out the work to McKinley Roofing and Restoration and in turn he subbed it out to another Roofing Company called Efficient Roofing & Restoration. McKinley never came out to make sure the work was being done properly by the company he subbed it out to. After Efficient repaired the roof, trusses, applying the shingles, repairing the inside where the tree fell through the ceiling and paint the inside they did had to redo the work inside over(pull down the ceiling and repaint) because there was dips in the roof. The Trusses were never repaired to the Engineers standards, We also found our own engineer to use because Servpro said it would take 3 weeks to have one come out, luckily my husband knew an engineer and they came out in a few days. After all the work was done which took 4 months Serpro and Jacob from McKinley came out to look over the work and go over the itemized listing of the repairs and to see what was left to pay. On the itemized repair list there were repairs and materials that was not used but they were trying to charge us for. We provided some materials like Siding for the house and Jacob from McKinley wanted to charge us for it. He said" Your said you were happy with the work" we said yes, but not the way it was handled. We told him you never came out to look at the work until now when your trying to collect money. There was other materials they said they used but, my husband knowing construction himself pointed out these items and Jacob wanted us to pay all of the balance regaudless. It got to a point where my husband had Jacob from McKinley get off our property. We told him we would never have him do any work in the future for us and he said "Good I wouldn't want to do any work for you"

  I am 61 years old I live in Douglasville Georgia I have a one-story ranch home with a hip roof and one Valley. I hired Jacob McKinley with McKinley Roofing and Restoration to install a premium roof on my home. Jacob McKinley is the most genuine honest person with unparalleled ethics and and integrity that I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I have dealt with a lot of companies in my lifetime. Any company should model their business practices off the way Jacob McKinley conducts himself and his business. As far as the five-star rating is concerned. You could walk outside on any clear night and look up in the sky and that's how many stars Jacob McKinley and his business actually deserves. My roof will accommodate 32 Roofing squares. The installation consisted of, a complete tear off, the removal and installation of any required decking. The first two sheets of decking were free and any other subsequent decking that was required was only $55 a sheet. There were eight sheets of decking required for my installation. A premium underlayment was installed and any required Water Shield or water guard and flashing for my one Valley. A replacement of all my vent pipe boots and subsequent flashing that was required to accomplish that. Some of my vents were replaced with more modern looking vents that would match the color of my shingles. All other vent pipes were painted to look pristine and match the color of my shingles. The Replacements of my existing Ridge vent system with a new Ridge vent system. A required drip edge was installed around the perimeter of my roof. And the installation of a premium 35 year architectural shingle. The installation and clean up was performed with the utmost of skill knowledge and professionalism and meticulous attention to detail. I am not the best yard keeper, and my yard looked cleaner after they left then it was before they got there.   I made the best decision in hiring Mckinley roofing. Mr. Mckinley stands 100 percent by his work. He throughly explained the process his pricing was the best ..I have the owens corning shingles. His team was professional finished in 1 day and cleaned up was superb.. Mr.Mckinley always took my phone calls about questions .

  I met Jacob, very pleasant. He sent me an estimate and set a roofing date. These guys were timely, did their thing, very professional. Stripped away the old roof, made needed repairs, and installed new roof, then cleaned up their mess. You need any roofwork done, McKinley is the name to call. Not only am I a happy customer, the neighbors were raving about it as well.

  Mckinley Roofing did an awesome job on replacing our roof, gutters and downspouts. Everything looks wonderful and best of all we are leak free now. The guys are very friendly with great customer service. The crew left the areas clean and free of damage after the job was complete. I highly recommend this company.
