Extremely poor service. No replies. Purchased a property with conditional roof repairs to done by seller. Now a claim was made due to water damages and roofing was declined due to poor craftsmanship. NOBODY (Seller or Roof Surgeon) can provide receipt or proof of the roof work. This leads me to believe the work was not completed. Only thing i have is a photo of the estimate provided prior to the date the seller claimed to have had the work completed. I would also likely avoid them for the fact they are also lying about being BBB accredited as per photos prove otherwise.

I called the company for an estimate, and he jumped up on my roof, spread some tar around and billed me 200 for a 'repair'. When I told him I hadnt asked for a repair, he swore at me threatened to send natives to my place and put holes in the roof. So if you like getting scammed or threatened, call Larry!

Staff was quick to respond and patch shingles that blew off in a storm. The problem was having the roof re-shingled - Larry was contacted five times, returned my call once, and still never came. I never leave reviews, but i'm very disappointed in this service.

Brutal. Go somewhere else. Insulated my attic 9 years ago. Had icing issues every winter. Was hostile and refused to look at it. I redid it this year, only to notice that all of the rafter vents were fake. They were put there for looks and were not venting anything. An hours more labour and they could have done it right.

Ice jam damage from last year. Got a quick quote from Larry. Built a saddle to chimney, new flashing, shingles and 2 turbo air vents for quite a reasonable price. Was able to match existing shingles. Guaranteed workmanship. Well done.

Larry is the best! Honestly don’t even think about looking any where else. When we bought our cottage I took my time and did a lot of research and I am so thankful that I found a professional, honest roofer! Excellent response time, clear communication, excellent service, reliable, dependable and is someone you can trust. Thank you Larry!

When I called Larry to get a price on a new roof he came out with shingle samples, took the time to show me what my roof actually needed and informed me my roof was perfectly fine and I simply needed a few repairs. Larry saved me between 10-15k when his competitors all said i needed a new roof. I would recommend Larry to anyone that wants an honest and professional job.
