They replaced the roof on our home but failed to complete the ridge row on the garage. Numerous attempts to reach them, messages left, no replies, empty promises to rectify. Still waiting. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The Ridge Row was completed. However it did have some pieces blow off. Mayfield and Sons worked with the Browns insurance for about 3 months to get them the correct roof as the insurance had the roof approximately $8,000 under price and the wrong shingle. I have been in contact with Sherry's husband several times. She is correct it has taken longer than it should to get a ridge repair preformed. There is 3 in of snow on the ground right now at the time she left this review, performing a repair today is not an option. I do apologize and will personally make sure this gets fixed ASAP.

Roof and gutters under warranty with the roof being seven months new. Repeated attempts to get a split gutter seam repaired in the end was met with a thumbs down text from Barry. Happy to change the review once the repair is completed. Barry is an affable guy. Installed three roofs for me. This last experience has left a bad taste after being able to rely on his word. Can’t think of anyone who likes discovering someone is not as good as their word.

Mark is correct. It took entirely too long to get a gutter repair preformed that was under warranty. We have done three roofs for Mark and all three of them I believe turned out to exceed his expectations We did have some trouble with the gutter guy that we was using, however that is not a homeowner's responsibility as he hired us to do the job and we humbly apologize

Called them twice for a bid to get a roof repaired and they never called me back. They must not want my business.

Called to get a quote on our roof. No one called back. Called a second time and was assured someone would call to set up a time. Again no one called back. Lousy service from the start!
