Our system documents all “leads” incoming. I’d love to get to the bottom of this as I’ve worked with Rick for 10+ years and never seen or heard of him doing anything like this. As the owner of the company our top rule is customer service. Hope to speak to you soon.

  Recently I used Master Craft Roofing's service to install a new roof and gutter system for my house. The price was very reasonable and it came with a 25 year workmanship warranty by GAF. Obviously I can’t tell how durable their work is just yet, but the experience so far has been great. In particular I really appreciate their estimator Hank. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and he respects and values his clients, a lot. My roof and gutter are not standard setup, so I had lots of questions on how it can be done right. Hank either clearly explained to me his plan, or patiently brainstormed solutions with me, which gave me lots of confidence in their work. During the construction, there were things here and there that were not documented in the contract, and I am very happy about his flexibility. Their project manager Crystian also did a lot to make sure the project ran smoothly.

  Master Craft roofing team was amazing! The company has outstanding service and workmanship. Their crew was hardworking, efficient and professional especially Billy (William). Billy was very organized, did exactly what he said he was going to do, followed-up with my insurance company many times to help with the cost coverages and overall a very positive person to work with. Master Craft Roofing handled all the permits and final inspection, skylight installation and gutter installation with ease. I had two houses with roofing issues that Master Craft Roofing replaced the entire roofs on. Billy and Felipe worked on both. "Team Billy" at Master Craft Roofing did quick and efficient work even in the rain. I would recommend them to everyone. Love my new roof!

  Rick and his team were professional and unbelievably easy to work with. Every step went as planned and I appreciated the communication and speed at which they worked. The team arrived at around 7:30/7:45 every day and were working at 8 on the dot. They also cleaned the site at 4:30 every day and left zero mess each day they were on site. Rick was also really good at showing us how the work was progressing and gave us recommendations on how to insulate an addition that wasn't properly insulated by the previous owners. We've had multiple projects on our house and this was BY FAR the most professional. I cannot recommend them enough.

  I had a great experience working with these folks, my point of contact was Hank and boy not only he's great to work with but he also owns the process from end to end, so even with mistakes you have 1 point of contact that will make things right. The quality of work is stellar, right after the roof installation, we had torrents of rain and it help up perfectly fine, with no leaks!

  They did roof replacement for our community a year ago. Competitive and fair price, professional work and on time. Later we had emergency leak issue caused by clogged drain (not their problem, not cleaned properly by other vendor) and they come super fast to help fix it. Definitely recommended.

  Being an engineer myself I am extremely picky when it comes to working with contractors, I am glad Guillermo Romero at Master Craft Roofing has been extremely pleasant to work with. They did a perfect job, old and new roof photos attached, and their quote is extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!!!

  I wanted to give a review and recommendation for MasterCraft Roofing. We have a concrete tile roof (that was the original). And if you have dived down the rabbit hole of roofs, then you’ll know it’s different from asphalt shingle (most common) and clay tile. And after meeting some roofers for quotes, my head was spinning a bit. But at that point I thankfully met Guillermo from MasterCraft. He explained things so well – and he also helped me truly understand underlayment and its importance (which the other roofers never mentioned). Underlayment helps protect the wood and lies below the tiles/ shingles and on top of the wood acting as a barrier. And he reviewed the roofing options and explained concrete tile vs other options explaining pros and cons of each. Many of the other roofers still use tar paper (which had degraded under our current roof), but MasterCraft uses synthetic underlayment which lasts much, much longer. Guillermo just oversaw every detail – able to explain what to expect, things that needed repair (lots of dry rot), things to expect. He was able to know problems that may arise and prevent them. If there were small bumps in the road (such as the manufacturer sending the wrong tiles), Guillermo fixed it quickly. The MasterCraft crew were great. We have a little boy, and they picked up the lost nails on the grass and around our home which we were grateful. They kept everything neat and tidy – and the roof looks great! I think a roof is a big investment and can be a bit stressful, but MasterCraft far exceeded our expectations! They were wonderful! And Guillermo is literally The Man – he just takes MasterCraft to another level!
