Master Built Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Master Built Roofing.

Had one of your guys leave a flyer on my door, totally disregarding the “No trespassing, No soliciting and No Loitering” sign in my yard and basically the whole community is “No soliciting”. It’s a gated community and he took advantage of the fact that the gates are open right now for the community yard sale. Your workers need to respect posted signs

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the oversight and any frustration this may have caused. We were in the area to assist one of our customers, but we understand that’s no excuse for disregarding posted signs. Respecting community rules and signage is very important to us, and we’ll be addressing this directly with our team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We truly appreciate you taking the time to let us know, and we’ll be more mindful moving forward. While we see that you are not currently a customer of ours, we’d still be happy to offer a complimentary roof inspection and provide an estimate if you haven’t had one done yet. We also noticed a pattern of you leaving one-star reviews for other companies and would genuinely appreciate the chance to change that narrative. We’re a hardworking, honest company that takes pride in serving the community of Wimauma, and we’d be grateful for the opportunity to earn your business.

Master Built was the only company willing to repair my roof. No one else would even discuss doing anything but full replacement. They ended up getting the full replacement business after all in the end, but the fact they were willing to …

I’m very picky when it comes to people who do work on my home. I called this company on my own. No door knockers will ever get work from me. They were referred to me by a friend. I was very very skeptical. The team was professional, …

This is the first time I’ve had work of this scale done on my house and I couldn’t be happier. Joel was extremely helpful throughout the process and at no time did I feel pressured. The crew was respectful of the property and finished ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend Master Built Roofing.

Not many companies left operating with the level of integrity Master Built has. They were communicative, performed quality work and went as far as refunding a portion they over bid for after the job was complete and settled. Highly recommend Master Built.
