  Terrible company, rude on the phone. Late coming out to the estimate. Did not complete the job and had to have another company come in and finish it. Would not recommend.

  In April I hired Mark and Dan to replace my roof. The roofers came removed the old roof in the process some of my screens were damaged one of the boards on my deck was sawed into and a in the back of the house over one room the siding look like a beaver had chewed into it. I called the boss to let him know about the screens that was damaged and he promise they would fix them also around one window the wrap was damaged. Dan came by to pick up final payment and I showed him the damage and he told me he would be back to fix the screens and the wrap so far he hadn't come to fix them nor has I heard a peep out of him. The roofers left boards/planks in my yard. Mark said he would come by to pick them up so far they are still in my yard. The roofers tore down my clothes line when they didn't need too. With that being said I'm so done with them My next job will definitely be done by a more dependable company

  Hired Mark the company's owner to do a siding, window wrapping, porch and gutters job. The work was subpar. Mark and his crew was very unprofessional. Good luck trying to get in touch with him to follow up with any work that he didn't finish. Mark makes alot of fake promises. I've missed alot of time from work waiting for Mark to come by, always a no call no show. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

  I would not recomend this company. They blame each other and when a problem comes up the dont return calls.

  I called up Mark for a small repair. He answered in a reasonable amount of time set up an appointment and gave me a price that was reasonable. He finished the job when he said he was going to and cleaned up his mess. All in all it was a good experience and the price was reasonable. I would recommend this company to others.

  So far, I have nothing but good to say about Mark and his work. He has a very friendly demeanor and strikes a good balance of listening to what you think you want and sharing his advice from decades of experience. We were hoping to have our roof re-shingled before family arrived from across the country, and Mark made it happen, even going to city hall in person to expedite the permit. We were concerned about our garden that runs alongside the house being damaged during the stripping of the old shingles, so Mark supplied boards to protect it. Our chimney had several loose bricks, so the crew fixed that while they were up there. The crew spent a lot of time cleaning up at the end of the job, paying special attention that no nails were left on the ground. The roof looks great, and I look forward to working with Mark again on gutters and maybe siding down the road.

  Had mass roofing and gutter do my roof and they did an amazing job. Answered all of my questions I had, gave me a great price, removed all the debris from the house after and the owner was very easy to work with. Thank you so much for fixing.my home!

  Mark did an outstanding job installing a replacement copper gutter system. From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. He walked us through the entire process and explained our options clearly, and made sure we understood.

  Mark, Ricky and crew were excellent. His staff were on time . They worked very hard and kept everything very clean. Excellent quality work! Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

  Mark and his crew helped me to install heat tapes on the roof. Mark was responsive and effective. I respect the fact that he told me my roof is in good shape, instead of trying to sell me a new one. When I do need a new one, Mark will be my first call. He was my first call for SOLAR, which is a big project I'm still considering...
