  i had a metal roof installed on my home as a much needed replacement, and the whole roofing job turned out great. The roof is solid, well built, and each panel was formed on site, which was really impressive to watch. since i used to work in home framing and ran my own business, i paid close attention to the process and could tell the crew knew their trade. jesse and luke were courteous, professional, and kept the property cleaned up at the end of each day. i first heard about this roofing company from someone who had already had a roof replaced by them and spoke highly of the experience. wesley, the sales rep, explained every step clearly, from materials to installation, and made the project easy to understand. the workmanship, cleanup, and communication were all excellent, and i am very happy with my new metal roof.

  We had Wesley come out to check a roof leak we found in the attic after buying our home, and I was truly impressed. I have always been a little cautious about hiring a roofing contractor because roof work is a big job, but Wesley and the crew quickly earned our trust. They completed the first round of roof repairs, and when the leak showed up again after more rain, Wesley came back early the next day with his team. They went above and beyond to make it right. They replaced more shingles, addressed additional roofing components, and spent plenty of time water testing the area to make sure the problem was fully handled, all without charging extra. That really showed they stand behind their roofing work and care about the customer. They easily could have added more costs for labor and materials, but they did not. After another stretch of wet weather, Wesley even followed up to make sure the roof was still holding up and that no new issues had appeared. That is the kind of service and honesty every roofer should provide. When we need more roof repairs or eventually a full roof replacement, they will absolutely be the company we call.

  I can’t say enough good things about the roofing team. From the estimate and planning to the tear-off, installation, and cleanup, they were on time, kept me updated, and managed the whole roof replacement with real skill. I had several roofers give quotes, and Luke stood out the most for clear communication, explaining the roofing options in simple terms, and really listening to what we wanted for our home. A couple of bids came in a little lower, but the value I got here was much better. The workmanship, service, and attention to detail made the price worth it, and the final cost felt fair for the quality of the materials and labor. Caleb handled the scheduling and prep, and Wesley stayed on top of every part of the job, from the roof tear-off and decking work to the installation of the standing seam metal roof. He also helped coordinate inspection issues without putting any stress on me and kept me informed the whole way. Wesley checked the jobsite daily to make sure everything met a high standard and that the crew was doing solid roofing work from start to finish. I know construction pretty well and can be a little particular, especially when it comes to roofing details, flashing, and overall finish quality, but this crew did not let me down.   Over the past few years, a lot of homes in my area were having roof replacement work done, and I kept getting door-to-door roofing sales people asking to inspect my roof. I usually avoided those conversations, but after a strong storm blew shingles off my roof, I decided it was time to call a local roofing company that many neighbors had recommended. Richard came out the very next day, walked me through the condition of the roof, and explained my options in simple terms. After the inspection, his crew found enough storm damage that a full roof replacement was the right fix, along with gutter work. At first, the insurance company only offered a very small amount based on an initial outside inspection, but Richard knew exactly how the roofing claim process worked. He told me to request a second inspection so both sides could review the roof damage together. That advice made a huge difference. After the follow-up inspection, it was clear that I needed a new roof and gutters. Richard really stood up for me during the whole insurance process and helped make sure the damage was properly reviewed. It was a relief to have an experienced roofer on my side, especially with storm damage and insurance questions. Once the project started, the roofing crew was professional, skilled, and efficient. They worked fast, paid attention to detail, and the finished roof looks great. They also did a thorough cleanup after the job, which I really appreciated.   The best way to describe company: Martin & Sons Roofing & Construction is true professional service. I was looking for a local roofer in Upper Arlington and was very glad I found them. As a homeowner and Realtor, I deal with many contractors who do not answer calls, follow up, arrive on time, or keep customers informed, so this experience really stood out. From the first appointment to the final roof work, everything was smooth and easy. They responded quickly, showed up as scheduled, asked the right questions about the roofing issue, completed a thorough inspection, and provided a clear quote without delay. When it was time to move forward, the contract and scope of work were explained in simple detail, which made the whole process stress free. The roofing crew arrived early and ready to work. Richard and the foreman stayed on top of each phase of the job from start to finish, and the cleanup was done very well. Communication was strong the whole way through, and that really shows in how organized and dependable they are. I especially love the standing seam metal roof.   after our last roof install, we started dealing with roof leaks and water spots on the ceiling inside the house. we had a few roofing contractors inspect the roof, attic, and ceilings, but the repairs never seemed to hold, and the leaks would come back during the next heavy ohio rain. we finally had a roofing team come out in upper arlington to take a closer look. richard, the project manager, arrived right on time, was professional, and did a very detailed roof inspection. he checked the shingles, attic space, and ceiling damage, took clear photos, and explained in simple terms exactly where the roof was leaking and how the water was traveling through the attic before collecting above the sheetrock. his explanation made the problem easy to understand, and the repair estimate felt fair for the amount of work needed. we scheduled the roofing repair, and richard and his crew showed up as promised and finished everything the same day. since the repair, we have had plenty of strong rain and changing ohio weather, and the roof has held up perfectly with no leaks at all. the workmanship was solid, the service was dependable, and the whole process was handled with care. i am very happy with the roof repair and would gladly recommend this roofing company to family and friends.
