  Very bad unprofessional business practices and when something is not right they don't stand behind there work or even call you back I definitely would not recommend them not even worth the one Star trust me go ahead and spend a little more and get quality work and support because you'll only be wasting your money with these people

  DO NOT go through with this company!! Lazy, lazy, lazy. They will also ignore your calls or texts. Then reply days later. They will stand you up. Their 4 star ratings must be from their relatives because it sure ain't from experience! They finally got out today to "work" on the roof, and they decided not to at last minute. Shocker. They deemed it "unsafe", even though we hired someone TO MAKE IT SAFE for them!! They are LAZY, and if they don't feel like doing a job, they won't. Just giving a heads up.

  Good morning. We apologize that you think we are lazy even though we drove to your location in Anderson SC from Atlanta 3 times and was informed that you had the home structurally sound and ready for install. When the crew showed up to do the work, there was no evidence that the structural integrity of the home was taken care of for us to do the install. For the safety of the crew is why we did not work on your roof. When you have the frame secure and inspected for safety, we will be more than happy to discuss moving forward.

  This has to be most inept business I’ve personally ever come across! Short version- I saw Mario’s Roofing ad on facebook. I inquired and received an estimate from them. I never actually spoke with Mario, and can only assume it was him I was conversing with via text messages. After receiving said estimate, I was told I would be receiving a call from Rosie. Never received that call! I messaged him again to inquiring about being put on the calendar. Once again I was told Rosie would be contacting via phone call. Never happened! I messaged again asking who it is I am actually conversing with. That’s the last communication I had, because he/she/they stopped communicating at that point. I left negative feedback on Facebook. Only to have the majority of it deleted by them! I had other customers, even potential customers who had similar (even worse) experiences with this company! I did have a person reach out to me with a positive experience. One can never truly know if that person is an actual customer or a friend, friend of a friend, family member etc etc. From my personal experience, this is an extremely shady company! I have all texts, screen shots etc of conversations, reviews I (and others) left on Facebook. Mario, you won’t be able to remove this one! Unless you have Google friends, friend of friends, family members, so on and so on.

  Had Mario’s Roofing ATL replace my roof today. They did a good job, were professional, and got everything done in a timely manner. The crew cleaned up after themselves and the roof came out looking great. I’m happy with the work and would recommend them.

  Great reliable company that stand behind their work. Had my roof replaced with them at a rental. They were on top of it when I reported a problem little over a year later. Came out and repaired it. No quick fixes neither, tore down a small section of the valley to redo everything. Reliable and trustworthy!

  Mario’s Roofing is outstanding, unbelievable work ethic and quality. Scheduled a day and time to start and they were right on time as agreed, work was outstanding, work crew was outstanding, quality was outstanding. Clean up was impressive also, you wouldn’t know they were even here when completed. Excellent price, quality and employees. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

  Mario’s Roofing was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Mario took the time to walk us through multiple options for our roof replacement, making sure we felt confident in both the materials and the color we chose. He was also very flexible with scheduling and worked around a day that was convenient for us. The crew did an outstanding job and treated our property with real care—especially protecting the bushes and landscaping around the house, which we really appreciated. You could tell they were meticulous and took genuine pride in their work. A special shoutout to Alex, the supervisor, who kept us informed every step of the way. He shared photos throughout the process so we could see just how thorough and detailed the work was, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Highly recommend Mario’s Roofing to anyone needing a roof replacement!

  Mario's Roofing showed up on time and replaced my roof in one day. I couldn't have asked for better service. They did an outstanding job, and my new roof looks awesome. I also must mention that the price was much lower than the other quotes I received. The crew did a great job cleaning up. They are not a fly by night outfit that charges you half of the money before they start. You pay all when the job is 100% complete. I highly recommend Mario's Roofing if you need any roofing work.

  Literally got a quote and my roof repaired SAME DAY!! So glad I happened to drive by their truck on my way to work! Highly recommend and should I need to, will use them again!!

  We recently had repairs done to our home and before he left the contractor gave us a compliment on our roof. He said it was one of the best that he’d ever seen. We got it done nearly five years ago. Thank you Mario’s! 10/10
