  **WARNING** DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! NO AFTER-SALES SERVICE! THEY DO NOT HOLD UP TO THEIR CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS. Still under warranty, I contacted the company regarding a recent water leak, and they completely ignored me. After several attempts to contact them by phone, text message, and email over several weeks, I received no response. A formal notice was sent to them, and still no word from them.

  Terrible and useless work! Terrible customer service too! The year after their repairs, I had a water leak. My neighbor, whom they charged over $10,000 for a roof and gutter installation, also had problems with everything they installed the following year. No after-sales service whatsoever... it's outrageous!

  This company is bordering on incompetence... they repaired my roof, and a few months later there were leaks, exactly where they had repaired it. When I called them, they told me they didn't offer a warranty on repairs! The worst part is that they were offended afterward that I hadn't chosen them to do the complete roof renovation.

  Work completed on the last day agreed upon at the time of signing the contract. The team was courteous and the work was well executed. However, the additional time charges were rather excessive and the justification questionable. There was no room for negotiation regarding these charges.

  My house wasn't easy to work on because it's very tall and has many angles. They did a remarkable job installing the St-Laurent siding, as well as all the aluminum trim. I'm extremely satisfied. Thank you all!

  The estimate was provided on time. The estimate was produced quickly. The shingle installation was completed on time. The work was carried out over two days due to weather conditions. The area was cleaned up after the work was finished. The accounting department was efficient in producing the payment receipts, invoice, and warranty. However, we noticed that some corners of the newly installed shingles were raised. This may be due to the ambient temperature (the work was done at the end of October).

  We are very satisfied with the services and work provided by Maison MG for the roof replacement on our future home in Ste-Adèle. From the estimate to the hassle-free installation on the agreed date, and the prompt receipt of the warranty certificate, the customer experience deserves 5 stars!
