  Magic Roofing is terrible with customer service and communication. They get a contract signed, then stop communicating well. They placed the wrong color roof on my home and refuse to make it right. Do NOT use this company!

  The quote I received from the men who looked at my roof, was doubled by the owner. I had my daughter keep tract of their time on site. The bill came in twice of what we had logged. I got an $1750 off the bill. This whole process was a padded process in their favor. I wouldn't trust them ever again.

  Asked for an estimate on a leaking roof. Had a call from the office and stated the estimator would call me and schedule. He called at 8am Saturday and stated he was coming right then of course with no advance notice I had plans already. He came without me and looked at the roof and still have not had an estimate or return call. Time to call another company. They obviously don’t need my business.

  Requested for price quotation. A gentleman fr Magic Roofing came out to my house to take measurements almost a month ago. I called to see if they are going to email me the price quotation. Then I called 2 more times.... I still have not received a price quotation. Sadly, had to go with another roofing company. 😕

  I would not recommend Magic Roofing & Construction Co. Inc. My parents had them do their roof. The company had a poor lack of communication. They showed up on a Thursday took the old roof off. They didn’t show up on Friday or Monday. when that said they would. This exposed our unfinished roof the weather. It snowed and rained on the roof on Sunday and Tuesday. They left a part of the roof unfinished. When we called they stated “oh they guys didn’t tell.” After checking he said “ it’s because we didn’t have the material to do it.” They never told us when they would show up. My dad left his truck in the driveway because of that. While working on our roof they hit his truck and left a dent and a scratch. They didn’t do anything for the dent or scratch. When we called they said “oh they guys didn’t tell me. So I don’t know if they did it.” I would choose a different company.

  After waiting a week to have someone come and look at my skylight leak, he called and said he's comeing to take a look. After a day of waiting he called and said he's comeing to look at the leak. After 3 minutes of "looking" he leaves and said he'll have a quote made and call me. I wouldn't wast my time with these people.

  Magic Roofing is the roofing Company I choose. They put a new roof on my house about 6 years ago and then recently vents on my roof. These guys really know what you’re doing. They are professionals and I trust him with all my roofing needs, they are 5 star company.

  This company gave us a fair estimate and we chose them for our roof replacement. These guys did an amazing, efficient job for us. Started mid day Tuesday and roof shingles laid by 7pm Wednesday. Tomorrow the new a/c flashing will be installed and new air conditioner set! Definately recommend them to everyone! Our home looks awesome👌!! Thank you Magic Roofing

  Xavier and the crew from Magic roofing were very professional very personable. Had a great time with them. They got in got the job done and it looks great. The cleanup was amazing. Nothing left behind. They did exactly what they said we were gonna do and more. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend these guys. Thanks again Greg

  I just wanted to jump on really quick and tell you guys to tell your crew thank you for us. They are working off apache.
