  Beware, I was charged $3,000. Way, way too much for a very minor job. I have solar panel. Four places where the solar was attached causing rain leaking in. The attachments was sealed. The solar employee stated that price was too high. Do your research first. Get two to three estimate.

  We appreciate you sharing your feedback and understand that the price for the repair may have seemed high. However, we did try to apply an emergency repair when we were there (over a year ago) as you were concerned about the damage the leaks were causing. Our pricing reflects the high quality materials and expertise that is required for this type of repair and our commitment to providing a lasting solution. Our technicians are highly trained and experienced in handling repairs to flat roofs and ensure a thorough and professional solution. What should have been done originally was to make sure the "solar employee" who installed the roof and solar, install it using the correct methods and materials to ensure a roof that doesn't leak. Its not surprising that the person/company responsible for the leak feels that the cost to repair it is expensive (maybe they should be held responsible?). Bear in mind that we provide a lifetime warranty on our services and had we been hired to install the roof and solar, there would not have been a leak to fix!

  Extremely disappointed with the services from Maggio. Can't believe the unprofessional behavior and the nickle and diming of this company. Would never recommend dealing with this company. Workers are great, but the sales people and accounting department are difficult, talk in circles and a waste of time

  Do not do buissness with this company. They talk a good game pre sale about customer service and the quality of their work. None what they say is true. Stay away at all cost!!!

  After making an appointment for an estimate the sales representative came and surveyed the project and failed to give me an estimate after two weeks. I called the office to follow-up and was told I would receive the bid by the end of the day, and never received it. I got the feeling they were too busy and just didn't feel like being bothered. My business was their loss. Another company happily did the roof for me.

  We own a townhouse with a flat roof that was built in 1900. A few years ago, we asked Maggio Roofing to install a standing seam metal roof which is what our house had originally. After an ice storm last winter, we asked Maggio Roofing to install snow guards. In both instances the quality of the work was outstanding, and the price was well worth it. We are happy we chose Maggio Roofing.

  We had a 100 year old chimney above our flat roof. It was falling apart and leaking into the house. We had to have it torn down and replaced so I called in Maggio to build a new counter flashing to make it water proof. I am satisfied and will call on them again if I have problems. We have a slate front roof (cosmetic more than functional) they gave us the news we were not looking for. It needs to be replaced, it literally dissolves in your hands. So, we will look at that with them next

  The crew led by Luis was outstanding. They solved a tricky problem and did so on time and budget. Other than he new roof you’d have never known they were here. They were very conscientious and careful with our yard and gardens. Highly recommended.

  This was our third time working with Maggio Roofing at The Lambert, and we continue to appreciate the quality of their work and professionalism. Most recently, they completed roofing work on our shared garage, and the finished product was excellent. A special thank you to foreman Antonio Moscoso and his crew — Ricky, Rogelio, Flaco, Byron, Christian, and Juan — for their hard work and craftsmanship throughout the project. The crew was professional, respectful, and clearly committed to doing the job well. We also appreciated Maggio’s practical recommendation to purchase existing fence panels from Home Depot and have their team install them, rather than pursuing a more expensive alternative. That suggestion saved our building a meaningful amount of money while still achieving a great result. After working with Maggio Roofing on three separate projects, we are happy to recommend them for quality roofing work.

  Very easy to get a hold of them by phone and schedule a quote. Even though they were booked a couple of weeks out, they called me when they had a schedule opening and came out sooner. Brian, who gave me the estimate, was very knowledgeable about both slate and shingle roofs, and I got a comprehensive estimate back same day. I like that they work locally and will call them again in the future!

  Happy with 2 roofs Maggio has put on for me over the years. Just signed to have a porch roof done and the salesman, Fred, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort with the contracting process.

  This company is very expensive but also very high-end and high-quality work. Antonio was INCREDIBLE and went above and beyond to find savings and work with us. He has an incredible attention for detail and made sure that the project was complete to our satisfaction. He and his team are the #1 reason I would recommend this company.

  Maggio works safe and legal, and does a good job. Steve explained the proposal and what we were signing better than any contractor we have dealt with. Both Gabriel’s crew and the scaffolding subcontractor got their jobs done with zero damage to our delicate plantings.

  Our skylight was cracked due to snow falling on it. Maggio Roofing did a great job replacing them. They were easy to communicate with and completed the job sooner than we expected. The skylights look great.
