Recently David James of Madoc Roofing completly replaced my existing roof including all sheathing and installation of new shingles. During this process ventilation was increased at the soffit level to include installation of baffles and increasing the air flow, which is critical in a roof assembly. David, from our initial meeting for the purpose of an estimate and throughout the roof replacement conducted himself in a professional manner with knowledge and respect for the client and property. David's work was impeccable, finished in a timely manner and left the premises completly tidy. I would highly and totally recommend David.
