  Hi! While I’m sure the roofing is impeccable, I had an interesting encounter with two of your team members in a company vehicle. As my girlfriend and were driving southbound on 71/75 North, your two team members begin to drift into the lane we were in, and once they were almost over all the way, they then proceeded to throw their signal on later than what is appropriate. In doing so, they were about two feet away from my front end on my passenger side. I proceeded to dl on my brakes, narrowly avoiding a crash. Had I not done so, it would’ve resulted in injury to myself and my girlfriend, maybe even something worse. From what I recall, after passing them, they proceeded to throw hands and make gestures towards me. The driver was a female in her 40s, with tattoos on her hands and brown hair. Their demeanor and behavior, as well as their reckless driving, is such a good representation of their company and its values. Just wanted to let you know!

  Angel and the Mad Ladders team were a dream to work with. The communication was always timely and the information thorough. The roof looks great! Also pleased with the new skylights. The workers did an outstanding hob with clean up as well. I highly recommend Mad Ladder, my best experience with a contractor ever!

  Saw truck in the street.Told Joe and asst.I had a problem. They fixed it quickly and affordable.Both guys friendly and helpful.

  One of the nicest guys I've met in a while. He and a neighbor came and dug us out of the snow. I have a drive that can be tricky. Couldn't get the car out of the garage. They did a great job! Highly recommended. Thanks so much guys!!! It's very appreciated more than you know.

  I tried multiple compainies for couple months. Unfortunetly put me behind. No one would get back to me. Ross from Madd Ladder did get back to me after couple days came out to see what my project was. Even though the project was out of their capabilities of their company. Ross found me a solution. He saw my dilemma and called in some experienced people he had worked with. Long story short we are getting project done. Thanks to Ross going the extra mile for someone . Even though we won't be using his company this time. Most people i don't think would have helped out like that. Would recommend him and his company for future work .

  Joe was very friendly and professional. Came out quickly for a free inspection and estimate. I was curious what the state of my roof was in and if anything was of concern. Joe was able to give me his professional opinion and advice without pressing me into anything I didn’t need.

  We reached out to Mad Ladder Roofing after a recent storm. The representative Joe Deal, came out the next day for a free inspection to access the situation. As soon as our insurance claim was approved, we were scheduled for a new roof installation. Very fast and efficient! Highly recommend getting in touch with Joe.   Johnathon Deal is the best! He was super friendly and gave us a honest review of our roof. We have lived in our house for over 20 years and although we do not need a roof today he gave a timeline of what we can expect in the future. I highly recommend Johnathan for your roofing needs. I will be seeking him out in the future.

  The manager Joe did a free roof assessment and gave a thorough and easy to understand explanation of his findings. There was absolutely no pressure to move forward with any service and that’s refreshing! Even fixed a loose shingle during his inspection.
