They installed our new roof in 2017 and did an excellent job. However, recently one piece broke off. I called them and asked them to come and repair it. They said they were too busy, call somebody else. No guarantee apparently.

James, could you give us another call @902-368-1140, because after further investigation, we can not find any record of a job we have ever done for you or any record of you contacting us. Can you please contact our office so we can address this right away. Thank you, MacBeth Bros. Roofing Inc.

This guys are absolutely atrocious. Not only they do a terrible job. But they can't even fix their mistakes properly. The roof leaks again and again with no resolution. I am sure, our strata will have to hire another roofing company to fix all their mistakes.

Dear Mr. Khorram, Can you please contact our office as we cannot see in our records that we ever did work for you. Our customers are very important to us and we look forward to speaking to you to resolve this. Thank you, MacBeth Bros. Roofing

They gave me a quote and we booked the job, I reached out numerous times after - always being told we were one of the next jobs, and would be here in the next week or two. Never have I heard from them to do my roof until the following …

Hi Amanda. I am sorry you feel this way. We take great pride in our customer service. Unfortunately, as I am sure you are aware, prices have increased in building supplies all over the country. We do our best as a company to do the very best job possible.

My landlord hired this company to replace our roof. over the time that they were doing our row of town houses and the row across there were numerous the blocked the road for people trying to leave as they were chatting with the delivery team. After finishing our roof they left a pile of shingles and stuff on our roof for over three weeks causing unease for those of us close as we worried it could have fallen off the roof. This week the finally cleaned up the back area something i can give them some slack on because on the snow. We still are finding nails in the back and are concerned this may become a danger moving forward. overall we felt that it was not handled well and if any of the tenants buy a house we will all be looking else where.

We spent 8+months on their "next month" list. After each inquiry we were told that we were almost the next one's to be done and that we'd see a crew within the month. In the end, there was zero communication from the office offering insight on delays and if we called inquiring, it felt as though we were bothering the receptionist.

I would have loved to given a 5 star rating as I have no doubt that they do good work. The problem is good luck getting a quote out of them. Despite several phone calls, 3 months after initially contacting them, they still have not sent anyone to look at our roof. I can understand companies being busy, but tell your customer that instead of continually telling them they'll "send someone this week". Its not like we're in a remote part of the island or that it's 'too small of a job". Hopefully their installation crew is better then their sales team.

Very Happy with our new roof! After meeting Richard, who gave the estimate, to meeting Duane, I knew I had the right company to do this job! The crew came the week I requested and had the whole job done and cleaned up that same day! The employees were very pleasant, professional and answered any and all questions I had. Many have worked for Macbeth Roofing for decades which alone says a lot about the company. Any concerns were dealt with and I know any future concerns, though I doubt there will be, will also be taken care of. We feel confident in their work for years to come! When it comes to your roof, that’s a nice feeling! Thank-you Duane!

We had some water penetrating where the eavestarter had pulled out. It was coming in above the living room window. I emailed and received a response from Karen stating she was sending someone as soon as possible. The next day Chris came out and did some repairs. We really appreciate the fast response and professionalism from both Karen and Chris. We were very happy with the roof and the job that was done. The mystique shingles were very nice and the installation was excellent. Thanks to all the workers involved. Unfortunately we did have the issue with the eavestarter but it was quickly addressed. Chris did repair work and we are hoping that resolves the issue. Thanks again for coming out so quickly to repair the issue!

I was most impressed with the speed of the crew by MacBeth Bros Roofing in competing the project. Most importantly, there wasn’t a single piece of trash to be found. Fantastic cleanup and the roof looks great. Also just as important in business…..there was always good communication leading up to and throughout the project. No surprises. Highly recommend this local company for your roofing needs.
