  Never got to find out what the quality of his work was, but the initial "service" was terrible. While he, the owner...Marco, did answer the phone, it seemed that he was not interested in coming to give me a quote for rain gutters. From the beginning, he stated that people tell him that my area does not get that much rain, so even though I received his ad, it seems he is unfamiliar with the area. Amounts of rain shouldn't matter if I'm telling him I want rain gutters. Additionally, from the beginning, he kept telling me how busy he was and wasn't sure when he could get to me. So I left it to him to tell me when he would come. He decided he could make it in about 5 days, told him to let me know what time, and he said he'd let me know by Thursday while including "but I'm very busy." Thursday came and went with no call. Friday, I still never heard from him, so I contacted him at 11. The first words were "I'm very busy" and that he'll try to make it. While I understand this, I also understand much better if this is communicated properly and in a timely manner, so I'm not waiting around for someone who will never show up. I initially contacted him because I thought he was a local business as I received his ad in my mailbox...however, as it turns out he's located about 50 miles away...likely the reason he was "too busy" to come to me. In contrast, I found an actual local company that came out within 24hours, gave me a quote on the spot, and has been in contact since in regards to my concerns and additional requests. I would rather spend my money with people who appreciate the business and treat potential customers with respect and courtesy.

  They do a good job on assigned work. However if you don't have a really big job, you will be ignored, calls not returned. Also unless you bargain for the final price, you will over pay.

  I called MA Rain Gutters Inc., and Roofing to get my roof and gutters cleaned. They came on time and got right to work. Francisco and Ernesto were friendly, hard working, and got the job done. They both did an excellent job. Price was reasonable. I received pictures, roof certification, and receipt Invoice. I would highly recommend their services. Thanks again Francisco and Ernesto for a job well done.

  Very professional company. MA Rain gutters was recommended to me by a friend who had their gutters installed by this company. The owner Marco is a very professional respectful gentleman with high interest in providing quality and outstanding work. I called for an estimate on roofing panels and gutter material. He was very helpful and made it very clear to understand the procedure for both. His whole crew is outstanding and were such a pleasure to work with. If you're looking for quality work at a reasonable price, call this company.
