  If you’re going to use your work trucks like billboards and have all of your info all over them, your employees should at least drive like they’re representing your company, not like they’re trying to kill everyone else on the road.

  Metal roof looks ok, final inspection was just a walk around. A valley was left extended and now with heavy rains and freeze , rain water drained directly into AC unit and froze completely into a block of ice. I was told they cannot do anything about this major problem

  The new metal roof looks beautiful on your home! We complete a final inspection and walk around to ensure no trash/debris has been left behind and that our clean up was sufficient. With the change in roofing material (going from shingles to metal), it caused the water to shed off of your roof faster during rain. We sent an HVAC technician out immediately to make sure the system was properly functioning after the unit froze. We then had a gutter specialist install gutters in the area with a splash guard to divert water away from the unit to prevent any further issues. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to complete your roof replacement project! We were under the impression all concerns had been addressed.   I had the worst experience with this company I had a sales person come out I told him I wanted to pay in full but he wanted to do a payment plan I told him no he did it anyway I will never do business with them again

  M&M Roofing completed my roof on 12-1-16. They charged me $6,600.00 which my insurance said is to high. They read the adjusters qoute for the roof which was $ 6,111.00. M&M said it would take more squares than the orignal qoute. I talked to the adjuster about that number, the adjuster said they would have to call my insurance about it. Wheather they did or not I dont know. M&M is suppose to roof the church that I pastor in San Augustine,Tx. I am having second thoughts about that co. doing the job there. They did a good job on my roof, but I believe they after they read the qoute he raised the price, I have no proof of it but I believe that happened.

  All I can say is WOW!!! From the initial consultation to the final inspection we were met professionalism and kindness. The crew was phenomenal, respectful, kind, and HARD WORKERS! Jacob Pierce went above and beyond not only for us, but his crew. Upon completion, the crew meticulously cleaned up nails, bits of scrap, and any garbage left from the project. Jacob could be found up on the roof, hauling materials and checking on his crew. It's so refreshing to see! Communication was top notch from the bid to the final invoice. It is obvious this company takes pride in their work from how they care not only for their clients but their employees, as well. Thank you, M&M Roofing and Jacob for such a wonderful experience!

  We are so pleased with the work done by M&M Roofing company! They did a great job installing our new roof (which looks great) and cleaning up afterwards. Getting the quote was easy and we were able to schedule the replacement quickly. We highly recommend them!

  They were professional, fast and efficient, gave me the best price with American made shingles, started the roof at 6:45 in the morning and finished around 3 pm (2600sf house) , cleaned thoroughly around the house and the roof looks perfect. Easy to work with and knowledgeable.

  We had hail damage. We called and ask for an inspection and estimate. They came out quickly and provided reasonable estimate. Worked well with us and our insurance. We highly recommend them. Kayla provided great customer service.
