  Their driver going down I75N at 3pm almost ran me and multiple other vehicles off the road. He was doing at least 90 mph, no turn signals while flying across all lanes of traffic.

  Pulled up to a gas station and I clearly saw a girl walking and one of their workers almost hits her with their work van and throws up his hands like she wasn’t already walking when he decided to pull from the pumps to the front of the gas …

  We take safety serious and perform background checks on all of our drivers. Our employee didn't see the girl due to sun glare and went into the store to apologize. He didn't yell at her after. We continually train our employees on safety and being courteous to others. Thanks for letting us know and have a blessed day!

  They fixed the roofing at an assisted living I work for. The roof was still leaking. They wouldn't come back to fix it

  Have to post this unfortunately. Lutz roofing suggested a recent maintenance of a commercial roof on a building we recently purchased. After discussing the issues, I agreed to the work. Here we are thousands of dollars and 3 leaks later , trying to figure out what went wrong. I am so displeased with not only the recommended work, but the way this company tries to take no responsibility for the quality of what they do. I would absolutely give zero stars if possible, my advice would be to steer clear of Lutz roofing. Great Salesforce, but absolutely no customer service when things go wrong. Shame on you guys.

  We have been working with Lutz for years. We have a small commercial shopping center in Troy and Lutz has put on our last 2 roofs, each being a bit over $105k installed. The last was in 2018 and since then we have had approximately $4500 in repairs in 6 years. The repairs have typically worked well, with the exception of repeat leaks over the restaurant in the plaza. Given that the total repairs have been less than 10% of what was paid for the installation it's not too bad. A commercial roof is more complex than a standard roof so I do not expect the same quiet, repair-free enjoyment we have had with our asphalt shingle home roof. It would still be better to not have to look forward to annual calls for roof leaks as it's disruptive to our tenants' businesses. Nonetheless, the cost over length of time is okay and I would still recommend them. I have worked with a different company on another plaza we used to own, where the other company (A to Z Roofing) installed an EPDM roof and the number of leaks on that job was awful, and they were never repaired fully. So, for a commercial roof I can recommend going with them, however, budget about 10% of the install price for repairs over the 1st 8-10 years and be sure to follow up with questions about the warranty.

  I have used Lutz Roofing for two different roof replacements on commercial facilities. The Lutz team is very hardworking and very good at what they do. I look forward to using them again.
