We used Local Roofing and Construction after a severe flood occurred in our home of March 2024. Although the manager/owner were nice people that allowed us to use their humidifiers for free and had good floor installation, there were …

I was initially unhappy with the quality of our work. I really thought we fixed the blemishes and everything was straightened out and you were happy with the finished product per our last conversation. I’m very disappointed to see this review. What is the goal of this review over a year after the work was completed? Would you like to see other people not hire us? Why wouldn’t you call me if you changed your mind?

Local Roofing did a complete bathroom remodel after we had a water leak. The cleanup was perfect and they got started right away. We did away with our jetted tub and built a wonderful shower, two shower heads and a rain head, all glass and tile. We couldn’t have asked for anything more beautiful! The crew was super easy to work with and they did a great job. I will definitely use Local Roofing & Construction again when we have a need.

Chris and Julianne are amazing! They made our roof repair and gutter repair process extremely easy. They handled everything with our insurance, making this process even easier on my end. Their workers are kind, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend this company for all of your roofing and construction needs!

I had major damage to my home from a hail storm in March of 24. Joseph and his team were stress free and a pleasure to work with in the midst of all the chaos from a lot of damage. Joseph is a professional!!! He took care of everything even dealing with the insurance company directly and making sure they didn’t miss a thing!!! This was a major concern and stress off me. My Home is Beautiful again!!!!

Jose and his team did a great job on our roof replacement, sealing a leak around our chimney, along with some smaller jobs around the house: drywall, painting, re-doing the base of a couple exterior columns rotted by sprinkler water. Highly recommend!

Jose and his team were great. He did an excellent job on our decks and retailing walls. I would always recommend Jose to oversee all work and it will be done correctly. I was 100% satisfied.
