  We’ve used lighten up skylight a few times in the past year, communication wasn’t really clear and well, but this time it won’t beyond any red lines and they ended up canceling an order 2 weeks into the order 1 week before delivery due to us complaining about not getting updates. Now we need to deal with our client not understanding why this job is taking so long. Very bad experience

  We have never had a client named Tony Gold, and all of our clients have a digital presense in our files, and an email presense as well, as all transactions take place over the internet. I call this out to be a faux review left by a competitor to knock us down from our 5 star Google rating. If he is for real, than present some documentation this event occured. This description he posits that we would cancel an order can only happen for non-payment of the deposit, not because the skylight was late. His claim is not within our business practices.

  I work at the LONDON HOTEL in West Hollywood ,about 3 years ago the Hotel was replacing there huge Skylight in the Bar area,I watched them daily and was impressed how professional they worked and what a beautiful job they where doing,I asked one of the guys for a card, instead I took a picture of his work shirt with the company name and phone number ,knowing A day would come that I would need them.When I bought my house there where Plastic and ugly skylights in my long hallway,I had blinds made to keep the sunlight out ,so they where mostly closed and you never saw them.When we had the heavy rains last year,I discovered that the Skylights where leaking and ruined the blind cover,I called LIGHTEN UP SKYLIGHT, they where busy and booked, up ,finally my turn came and it was well worth the wait!! I can not tell you how beautiful it all turned out,These guys are the best ever!!!! Sincerely William Escalera

  Replaced three existing skylights due to leaking of older dome style. Now we have the flat glass and it not only looks great, but it also reduces noise and holds in heat during the winter and helps keeps the area cool in the summer. The smaller one we replaced with a skylight that opens, which really helps for ventilation in an upstairs bedroom. Will use them again!

  I told the employee, Jack, I needed to replace my skylight; it was a large 4 feet by 8 feet, and he went on my home's roof, spent a few minutes, determined the exact measurements and type (curb mount), and took my order. Soon after, my skylight was delivered, and I when I was ready to have my roof replaced a few months later, the workers simply picked up the skylight stored outside in my side yard and installed it -for no additionl charge-and it has been perfect ever since. I recommend this to save any skylight install costs.

  As a skylight manufacturer, it is important to have qualified installing dealers in specific market areas. Lighten Up Skylights has been excellent with communication and understanding project requirements as well as the installation process. Highly recommend as a source for skylights on your next project.

  I got what they told me I would get, with knowledgeable people who knew their product. Answered all my questions thoroughly. Installation went very well. No roof leaks after a very heavy rainstorm. Product looks and performs well. Got these about two months ago and so far I am very pleased

  Great company to work with. I secured 5 quotes and Lighten Up Skylights price was the most competitive for the services rendered. Two people came to my house to validate the dimensions to ensure no last minute "gotchas". Installation was professional with vigilant attention to details. I highly recommend this company for any of your skylight needs!

  The newly installed skylight provided added value to our residence. The quality and design was perfect for the replacement space. The follow up service and installation was flawless. Superior product and service. Our neighbors with the same skylight have also successfully used "Lighten Up Skylight" services to replace their original skylights.
