I hired Lifetime Roofing Nov 2024 to replace the roof, fascia, & flashing. During the estimate, Michael promised that the exhaust fan ductwork that didn’t reach up to the roof vent properly would be fixed & would also patch the bathroom ceiling where the leaking roof had destroyed it. The roof was done end of Jan 2025, they came back early Feb for the fascia (& a gutter/downspout issue was discovered), they came back end of Mar to work on fascia, came back at beginning of Apr to do the gutter, & came back end of Apr to finish fixing the flashing they had forgotten to do. During the course of the project, I had told them I wanted the second roof vent port removed (it used to be connected to a vent over the stove, but that vent isn’t there anymore). Instead, they replaced the old vent port on the roof with a new one against my wishes. I had been told during the estimate that a roof project takes them one day. Keep in mind, this is the first time I’ve had a roof done on a house. Michael did not explain that the roofers do their work one day & then another team comes a different day to work on fascia/flashing/gutters, etc. So imagine my surprise when I get home & see the roof is done but all the other stuff is still unfinished. This was a pattern the entire time I was their customer. They never once contacted me to keep me in the loop. The one exception was when they discovered a couple decking boards needed replacing & needed me to approve the extra cost. I wouldn’t be kept updated about anything. I would be told today was the day they were working on the fascia & gutters, & I’d come home from work to discover the fascia replaced but no gutter. I didn’t get any kind of contact just to let me know they ran out of time & would be back another day, nothing. I was consistently left in the dark about my own house. Michael would even tell me he would contact me by a certain time, & a couple weeks would go by without a word from him. After the insurance got wrapped up & I

We had Lifetime come out to take a look at some small roof leaks. The 1st person that was sent out to our home said we needed around $2500 worth of work. They wanted to send a 2nd person out to further assess damage around our dormers. The 2nd person said they could not make repairs and we needed an entirely new roof with an estimate of $12k. Conflicting reports from 1 company is confusing made even more confusing considering our roof is 12 years old. We have spent the last 2 years completely updating the exterior of our home and would get a new roof if needed but we were confused since our roof isn't that old and they offered no explanation as to why we need a whole new roof after that amount of time (such as poor initial install, poor quality roof, weather damage, etc.). Even more upsetting, they damaged our brand new gutters which were installed last year with their ladder. Will not use and would not recommend! The estimate is under my married name which is Hromadka. We live in Kirkwood.

Our building needed a new rubber roof as the previous one had run it's course. I contacted 3 different roofers and decided on Lifetime as they were responsive and willing to get started right away. As it turns out this was a huge mistake. …

Hello Matthew, we take comments like yours seriously and we would love to rectify this situation. We have made many attempts to contact you via phone and email with out any success. If you remember, we went over and beyond to help you with this leak even though we had determined the leak was coming from the HVAC unit. Even still, in good faith, we spent more money and time to provide extensive flashing around the unit. After that, I have reached out to you many times. Since you have not responded, we naturally believed your situation was resolved. Please contact us so we can deliver quality service to you.

I stayed home from work for an appointment with someone from Lifetime Roofing to get an estimate on having my soffits and fascia enclosed. He never showed up and when I called the company for an explanation, I was told my appointment information had been lost because they were having problems with their software. Okay, technical difficulties happen. I rescheduled for the following Friday. I then get a call from the person giving the estimate while I'm at work on Tuesday saying he's on the way to my house. Well if you can't get a simple thing like an appointment right after two attempts I don't think I want you working on my house.

Lifetime replaced a seamless gutter run for us, upgrading to 6" gutters in the process with guards as well to help with tree debris. Install was smooth, and we're no longer having overflow issues during heavy rains. Mission accomplished.

Lifetime did a fantastic job with our roof replacement, including new soffits and fascia. Jay Hamlet, the project manager, was a pleasure to work with, and he made sure everything was buttoned up (including some minor tweaks to the soffits and chimney flashing) afterward. We're highly satisfied with the work and would recommend Lifetime to friends.

Lifetime installed a roof on my cousin’s coffee shop in downtown St. Louis. She is a private person and the type to get stressed out over the most simple of things and was nervous about getting this done, (she’s been putting it off for almost 3 years). I know for a fact she was worried about getting taken advantage of, but everything went great and now I don’t have to hear her complaining about it all of the time. We love the fact that they’re a local company and do their work with integrity, and from what I’ve heard, great communication with what was happening. They even knew how to handle the insurance, which my cousin was stressed about also. Thanks for reading, take good care. And thanks for the roof! Free coffee for life— her treat.
