  DO NOT!! I repeat DO NOT use this company! They were hired to fix our eavestrouphs days after the ice storm they came once and have never returned despite multiple promises to finish the job!! 6 months later and now we are hiring legal representation!

  0 stars. Paid for an eavestrough repair over 5 months ago, and they haven’t started the work. They ignored calls and emails until I showed up at their door and threatened legal action. Now I just get a run around from them saying it’ll be done “next week”. That was three weeks ago. Crooks

We also talked with our sales team and asked them about the situation you described, and no one remembers anything like it ever happening. Highly recommend this company ! The guy was so polite and also helped my elderly neighbor clear her gutter for free when she approached him asking !   Liberty exteriors and roofs is by far the most polite and hard-working company. I have experienced with they get the job done on time and the quality of the work is phenomenal. Highly suggest using this company if you ever need a roof or siding or soffit and facia done on your home.

  Terrible service and this business should be investigated. My parents had an eavestrough installed last year. With the intense winter and heavy snow we had this season, the eavestrough failed and broke - understandably due to the heavy snow. They contacted the owner who came out to look at the damage. The owner stated and confirmed that the eavestrough is still under warranty and that he was going to be back by then end of the week to complete the repair; however he never returned. Multiple attempts were made to contact the owner through phone and email and he has completely ignored all communication. The damage to the eavestrough is causing further issues with the home as water is overflowing. My parents have had to get quotes from other providers to get this issue fixed. Having to pay out of pocket again, unable to use the warranty that the owner identified. While the new provider inspected the damage, they noted the eavestrough was installed incorrectly which is likely the reason the damage occurred. It should also be noted when Liberty Exteriors did their initial visit last year, my parents questioned the functionality and structure of the eavesdrop on the other side of the house - as they were concerned it may not be up to code as it is rather narrow. The owner confirmed it was fine. The new provider has since inspected that eavestrough in question and confirmed it is certainly NOT up to code and is shocked anyone would claim it was.
