  Beware of Level Up Contractors I’m writing this review with complete honesty because I’ve been scammed and taken advantage of by Level Up Contractors. Our roof project has been ongoing for over three months — three months filled with excuses and lies. We were told the job would take a maximum of two weeks, yet only about 30% of the work has been done, even though we’ve already paid 80% of the total cost. The owner is extremely difficult to reach. He rarely answers calls, and we often have to wait up to three days for a response. To make matters worse, he performed work without a permit, which caused major delays with the city. After finally obtaining the proper permits, the roof inspection has failed twice, and we still have no tiles delivered or final approval to continue. No offers have been made by the owner to refund us for the unfinished portion of the job. Our contract has clearly been breached, and despite asking respectfully to be refunded for the pending work, he has refused to do so but also has not completed the job. This has been a very upsetting and stressful experience. For three months, we’ve been misled and left waiting while our home remains exposed. We are now stuck with a roof that has no tiles, hoping and praying that it holds up without leaking or causing further damage before this nightmare is resolved. I’m writing this review in hopes that this doesn’t happen to anyone else who looks up this company and considers hiring them because of their so-called “reputable business.”

  Jonathan is extremely professional, and knowledgeable. I recommend them for all of your Roofing needs. They show up on time and get the job done I would give them 10 Stars if I could!

  My son was helping me look for a roofing company that would help me with the installation of a Solar vent for the roof of my home. We found Level Up contractors and received their quote the very same day. The solar vent was installed the next day and everything came out as promised.   Level Up Contractors is my customer and I have been working with them for many years. The owner is extremely conscientious, always looking out for the best quality materials and prices for his customers. He is constantly seeking updated training on the latest innovations in roofing materials. Many times we are communicating after business hours to be sure he has everything needed for his customers. In addition to his excellent work ethic, he is an extremely honest person who I would trust with my roofing projects, whether it is for a large commercial project or an individual residence. I have 20 years experience in the industry and he is at the top level of integrity.
