Haystack Company. We submitted a request for roofing, chose the color, and then heard nothing more. When we called back, our request had been in limbo. Great. We decided to use them for snow removal anyway. Very mediocre service. We …

One star is too many. I'd give it 0. What a waste of time and energy! In July 2023, I signed a contract (plus the security deposit) to replace the roof shingles, with the work scheduled for September. September arrives - the company remains silent. I contact them and they tell me the work has been postponed until October. This scenario repeats itself in October and November, only to be told at the end of November that it will be okay in the spring. Spring arrives - Toiture Raymond remains silent. They don't even return calls. In May 2024, I hired another company, and the work was completed that same week. To get my deposit back, I started the formal notice process, but what a surprise! Les Toitures Charette Roofing Inc. sent me the check in the mail... without a word! Spend your few thousand dollars elsewhere; you deserve better!

Their winter snow removal services are horrendous. Around our subdivision we see other snow removal companies come remove snow early in the morning and sometimes again at night. This company never removes snow in the morning and let’s it accumulate until the evening until after the cars pack the snow onto the pavement. At that point the snow is packed so much that it ends up not being removed and freezes for the winter in multiple layers. While other companies remove snow they often claim that “there wasn’t enough snow” to remove. I strongly recommend you don’t use their winter services.

Good morning, sir. Last week there wasn't 5 cm of snow on the ground. Perhaps you're mistaken? Your report is even two weeks old. There hasn't been any precipitation. Please call us at the office so we can discuss this. Sandra 819-893-4242 Thank you.
