The roof was under warranty, and the previous owner of the business didn't answer or return calls. The new owner is even worse; I had to fight to get him to send a repair crew, and even after three years, things still hadn't been fixed. Even after formal notices, he's no more cooperative. In the end, I had to have their steel shingles removed and replaced with a cold-welded membrane. Stay away from this company and its owner.

We understand your dissatisfaction. However, the inspection confirmed that the warranty had expired and that work carried out by another roofer had voided it. Nevertheless, we cooperated to assess the situation.

  They don't call back!

Asked for estimate and he told me to call him back next year! What a clown!

A very bad experience. The work was shoddy, done by amateurs who didn't follow the installation quote recommended by the supplier, Wakefield Bridge. Do your research before choosing this supplier to avoid disappointment. A 50-year warranty on a product is useless if the installation isn't up to standard.

If you request an estimate, the couple must be present and available to the representative, otherwise they'll fly off the handle, and I mean really fly. A serious lack of professionalism.

My experience was excellent from start to finish. First, the salesperson, Yves, listened to my needs and offered me better value than another quote I received elsewhere. Then, Jonathan's installation team was very professional and able to adapt to my situation: my house is actually a 1948 cottage that has been extended twice. The roof was crooked in every direction… and the final result after multiple corrections is impressive! Thank you to Jonathan, "my uncle," and the team members. PG, Rawdon
