  Avoid Ferjan at all costs! This incompetent company with appalling customer service is a complete rip-off that will cost you a fortune. I sent detailed plans from my engineer for roof trusses ordered in March 2023, which were delivered in October of the same year. Ferjan stored the components outside without any protection, exposed to the elements. The defects upon delivery were unacceptable: incorrect dimensions, inferior wood (Grade 2 instead of Grade 1), rot, mold, and excessive curvature. These errors resulted in significant costs. The owner, Mr. Alexis Masse, did nothing to fix the problem despite his promises. Customer service even recommended washing the mold with bleach. Shameful! The photos below attest to the disaster. Stay away from this company!

  On July 22nd, the boss told me delivery would be at the end of September, the first one in October. I received it on November 11th. He asked me for an engineer's plan for steel beams that I didn't need. I paid $550 for nothing. No complaints about the product quality, though.

  Beware Beware!! if there is any incompetent firm to deliver the order accurately its this firm! I provided the original plans of my house to avoid any mistakes, and further more i requested that the engineer comes onsite to take measurements to avoid any mistakes, they charged me 350$ plus taxes for that, yet they managed to screw up and did a fatal mistake which required modifications on site adding significant costs, the trusses were installed exactly according to there plan which ended up a wrong...STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM ITS NO WHERE NEAR PROFESSIONAL,,THE OWNER MUST HAVE TAKEN HIS DEGREE FROM DRIVING SCHOOL...

  Attention, this supplier Is full of shittt. Takes mesures of the roof at my brothers house in order to build new trusses. Guess what !! Wrong mesures taken . Wrong trusses delivered. And now it's my brothers fault and the fault of the …
