  I was told a start date by the construction supervisor, I was assured they wouldn’t start till after the weekend I had reservations for the weekend now canceled and money lost cause they showed up Friday and ruined my weekend. If I was told that they were going to be here on a certain date! Then that’s what I expected VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

  Our management company hired Lemus Construction for several projects, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. During siding work, their unprofessional crew punctured our AC line with a nail, without notifying us. We only discovered the issue months later in summer. After inspection, it was confirmed that the damage originated from their work. As a result, we had to replace the entire AC unit. Dealing with their insurance was a frustrating process, and they only paid a minimal portion of the costs. What made the situation even worse was the owner’s attitude. Instead of taking responsibility, he was yelling at me when found out his worker made the damage. His behavior was so disturbing that we felt compelled to install security cameras around our home out of fear of retaliation. Their poor workmanship extended beyond our own property. Our neighbor’s siding even fell off shortly after installation. Compared to our previous balcony, the replacement Lemus installed is noticeably smaller and inferior in both appearance and build. I completely agree with others who have said they do lousy work. The quality of their work is clearly subpar and not qualified doing all these big projects. Hopefully, we never have to deal with them again.

  Would not recommend Lemus for any roof repair work. My HOA requires use of Lemus - they were called to inspect water damage to a ceiling at my property in 2023 and reported that they had successfully patched the roof. 14 months later, I experienced further water damage to the original spot they repaired + 2 holes in my bedroom ceiling with water dripping through from the roof due to heavy rain. They were then commissioned to replace the roof and damaged a window in the process - I followed the requested prep / precautions but it's frustrating that they refused to take responsibility when it is very clear that the window crack was not created from the interior of the home and there were multiple black scuff marks on the surrounding areas of the window from shingles being tossed to the ground. In addition to incurring costs to paint and patch my ceiling from the first faulty job, I am now stuck with costs of needing to replace a window.

  Had a rep out last fall, 2023, for roof & siding estimates in Warminster. Promised us a written estimate/proposal. Never got it. Went to their office last week, Mon. 4/22/2024. They couldn't find my name or proposal in their files. Left my name & phone and, again, they promised to send my proposal. So far nothing. AND ... while there, they then told me they no longer do residential work! VERY DISAPPOINTING!

  Window measurements taken. Called several days later to check status. Was told it was being worked on, waiting to hear back from their suppliers. Never heard from lemus. 3 wks have passed measurements! Heard others have similar complaints.

  WINDOW INSTALL: We are at the end of week 2 in an ongoing process to replace 5 windows in our condo. Poor quality work. One glass window pane was installed with a crack that extends the full width of the window (have to wait for replacement pane to come in and be installed). 4 out of 5 windows are missing screens. I'm not sure what happened there and I'm waiting for answers. One window does not line up properly so it will not lock. Another window does not open properly because it catches on something internal every time it is raised more than 3 inches. All caulking and spackling look like they were completed by my 10 and 7 year old nephews. Just all around not the quality I would have expected or hoped for and there doesn't seem to be any sense of urgency to resolve these issues.

  When reached for a quote it took 4 weeks to get back to me with a partial quote then a month later received the full quote. Definitely not looking for new business i assume.

  Update: Lemus Construction came back today and took care of everything. They replaced the wall panel and installed all new window screens of good quality. The team was professional, polite, and completed the work properly. We appreciate that they followed up and resolved the issue. Everything is now in good condition, and we have no further concerns. Thank you for taking care of it. Original review: We had a very disappointing experience with Lemus Constructions during a roof replacement project in our community. It was clear that the workers lacked experience—things were constantly falling, and they caused multiple damages. They broke our deck (which, to their credit, was later repaired), damaged our house wall, and also damaged the front gutter, which now doesn't divert water properly. Additionally, almost all of our window insect screens were torn. When we raised these issues, we were told that they had warned us to remove or protect everything ourselves. Some screens are at a height we simply can't reach, and they aren't easy to remove. In the end, they made it clear that we, the homeowners, are fully responsible, and they bear no accountability. No compensation was offered, and they refused to engage in further conversation. While they were great at selling their services and getting into our community, the actual work seemed to be done by the cheapest, unskilled labor. Everything that could go wrong, did. I strongly advise avoiding this company—if they damage your property, they will not take responsibility, and the quality is awful.

As you stated, residents were notified prior to construction, where possible, due to the nature of roofing debris, winds, and vibration during installation. These notices are standard throughout the roofing industry and were provided to help minimize the risk of incidental damage during the project. We will continue communicating with you while reviewing the additional concerns raised against our pre construction documentation, as well as coordinating with your HOA board members and working within the scope and responsibilities outlined through the community’s contracted agreements and hope to come to a satisfying conclusion for an updated review.

  The merchants were very knowledgeable, explaining everything from the construction of the windows themselves to the installation process. The workman was knowledgeable, efficient and meticulous. He was polite and easy to work with. The installation was seamless from start to finish. One of the supervisores came out to check his work. I will definitely hire them again and refer them to others.

  The Lemus crew was quick and efficient. They protected the house and surrounding landscaping while removing the old roof. They repaired the rotting wood and finished off the project making the roof look better than it did when new. They installed a more efficient ridge vent as well as improved soffit vents to address to old roof's insufficient ventilation and moisture issues. None of the other roofing companies that quoted the job offered these solutions, even though they were aware of our moisture problem. I was impressed with the Lemus team's knowledge of roofs and the products available to address ventilation/moisture issues. Our attic no longer has that stale, musty smell from accumulated moisture, plus the roof looks great.

  We recently purchased a new home in Voorhees NJ we had Lemus construction do our new roof all new windows and front door and sliding door . We cannot state how pleased we are with our entire job . Extremely pleased with clear communication , timelines as stated beautiful work by the crew as well as very caring & polite workers . An A plus job all around .   I can’t say enough good things about Chris, JJ and the contractors who replaced my roof. Chris showed up at 7am to accommodate my work schedule, had a quote to me within a couple of hours and answered any and all questions. JJ was amazing at sharing the progress and issues that were found, took care of remediating everything and finished timely. The area was clean of debris. He pulled the permits for me, worked with my HOA and was available for any question

Professionals who provided excellent communication - work and a job well done. They cleaned up the job site every day. Post project follow up as well … Professional- Honest - Quality …..   Lemus descended upon our townhome community to replace our long lived roofs. The crew did everything they possibly could to protect gardens, screens, windows, etc. They worked incredibly quickly and efficiently. As part of their charge they repaired areas of damage when they found such, they brought areas around windows and chimneys into spec, and they connected exhaust vents and replaced skylights while making sure the attics vented properly through the gable vents and soffits. We also had very nice 6 inch gutters and downspouts installed. After each section they did the best they could to remove scattered nails both by hand and with strong rolling magnets. You know how you can tell a project went well? When you meet and become friendly with the crew. For instance: Harry R. Caesar Robin Pablo Carlos Christian Jesus Jose Mario... If you're looking at a roof project certainly give Lemus Construction a shot at providing a proposal.

  We had a disastrous situation by a previous contractor (I'd love to name them but won't) on our commercial roof. We were expecting a full replacement would be needed. Victor met with us on site. We walked the entire roof and he pointed out the problem spots and explained in detail, the work that would be needed to remedy our issues. His estimate was very fair and he was up front about some potential additional work that might be needed that could not be determined at the time of the survey. Those costs came in at a minimum when the work was done. Lemus's professionalism & craftsmanship was incredible from the start of the process to the end. Our issues are completely resolved and we are no longer worried every time it rains!
