  When given a bid of 11k they decided to rip the roof off and charge us an extra 8k and wanted it before they finished the job. The foreman was extremely unprofessional and rude. Complained about the job being far away from their shop even though they knew the address from the beginning. Given the run around for 2 weeks saying they would start in 2 days then tell us in 2 days that they still had to go out and measure to order material. You would think you would measure and get order details when you bid the job. Why tell me you’re going to start in 2 days if you haven’t even ordered materials? So delayed even longer. Left a big mess so I contacted the foreman to ask when they would be out to clean up the mess. He said the next day. They cleaned up most of it but left a box of trash and took the extra material we paid for. The aspect I was most disappointed in was the extremely inappropriate communication and just outright rude not to mention the bid almost doubled.

  They were quick and efficient. I was very satisfied with the work. In 2 days the work was completed and in that time they did a tear off of the metal that remained on my roof and one layer of shingles that has been on the house for an undocumented amiunt if time. I was impressed with how well they cleaned everything up. I highly recommend them!

  I went to Tristin with a big problem on my hands - a very large manufacturing facility with some serious roof problems that ended up being structural. Not only did he help me coordinate and secure contracts with a GC, engineers, electricians and everything, but he approached everything he did with such enthusiasm that I knew I could rest assured the job would be done right. Tristin did really good by us, and it was a pleasure working with someone who truly loves what they do. They have a customer for life. Keep it up, guys!

  Alejandro was amazing to work with! He came out, took some measurements, gave me a quote, and was able to get a crew out the next day to replace the roof on my detached garage. They took care of everything and made the whole process easy. Will definitely call them again when the house needs to be done!

  Legacy Roofing is a great company. I reached out to Tristin, around 7:00 PM while my roof was leaking during a rainy night, and they had someone out within an hour. They got up on the roof right away and did what they could that night, then came back the next day to finish patching what needed to be done. That kind of fast response and dedication is hard to find. Very professional and dependable — I highly recommend them.

  Excellent experience after 70mph windstorm. Brandan came out and was personable and professional as he explained the process. The following day, Jaden came out and made the fixes, looking like there'd never been an issue. Highly recommend Legacy Roofing for any wind damage work.
