  Here’s a firm, factual Google review you can post: I hired this company to replace my roof in 2024, and since then, I have experienced water leaks almost every time there is a major storm. Each time, they eventually send someone out—sometimes weeks later—and claim the issue has been repaired. However, I have never received a written report, explanation, or photos showing what was wrong and what was fixed. Then, when the next major storm occurs, the roof leaks again. This has been happening repeatedly for nearly two years. After the most recent storm a few weeks ago, workers spent approximately eight to nine hours on my roof replacing or repairing something. I was not clearly informed about what work was being performed. I was told the company would provide a detailed report with before-and-after photos, but I still have not received anything. I have repeatedly called and texted Logan and Lucas, but my messages and calls continue to be ignored. The lack of communication, documentation, and a permanent resolution is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I am now considering filing a formal complaint with the BBB and exploring other options to get this ongoing issue properly resolved.

  The employees have no respect for the homeowners. Completely disregard any posted signs that ask politely for no soliciting. I'll never hire a company that shows no respect to me.

  Their door-to-door associate, Gagan, was pushy and tried to force me to take his info when expressed absolutely no interest multiple times. Treated me like I was stupid after explaining already dealing with new build warranty like he had never heard of one. Not sure of the quality of work from business but, new hires should really be put the rough better training for knocking doors.

  I worked with a guy called Kris and the way he initially showed us integrity and good intention which didn't last at all. Just when they came to know that the damage is minimal and not an entire roof replacement, they ran away like a rat! There were so many inspection inconsistencies between their roofing agent itself. Kris gave me a 14k quote and Gagan who had come politely to fill in Kris’s absence gave us a different but correct analysis and said that they can help us out and quote would be around 1k or so. They first gave me confidence of helping me out and i trusted them until they got to know that their initial inspection was incorrect. Now i am left with looking for a different roofing company who can help me out with my situation. Thanks but No Thanks! It’s ridiculous how we are forced to have faith in such people because we think that they are experts.

  I had a great experience with this company for my roof replacement. Jose and Angel were excellent throughout the entire process. They kept me informed at every step, answered all my questions, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. The workmanship from the entire team was excellent, and the project was completed professionally and with great attention to detail. Most importantly, there were no hidden costs or unexpected surprises, which made the entire experience stress-free. I truly appreciate the professionalism, communication, and quality of work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy roofing contractor.

  Marlon was my representative and he was great with making sure documents were properly completed. He made sure he kept me updated with dates, timelines and he provided pictures of the process.Kris walked me through, materials, and what’s the best for my project for my home. He provided a licensed contractor to remove and replace my solar panels per guidelines. Both Marlon and Kris were very detailed about pricing and service. They were patient with my situation. The roofing crew was detailed, fast, friendly and did a marvelous clean up afterwards. I would definitely recommend Legacy Roofing for your roofing project.

  Great experience beginning to end with Mathew T and Angel . They took very good care of us including explaining the process and following through on all aspects. Work crew was awesome , punctual , polite and professional. They worked quickly and no issues. Good cleanup and finished job as promised. Highly recommend using Legacy. I might be biased, but I feel like our roof looks much better than a competitors roof that was done on my neighbors home..Roof looks awesome !!!

  We had a great experience with this company and are so happy with our new roof! The team was professional and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Brian was incredibly helpful from the beginning in taking the time to explain our options, answer our questions, and work closely with our insurance company—which made everything so much less stressful. Brian, Tony and the crew were efficient on installation day. We were so amazed at how quickly the job was completed without sacrificing quality.   Legacy roofing did a fantastic job on replacing my roof. Throughout the entire project Mathew and Zach kept me informed on all processes and procedures with the paperwork involved. On installation day I had multiple updates along with drone footage with the completion process. Work looks excellent and I would certainly use them again.

  The experience I had with Legacy Roofing & General Contracting has been nothing short of incredible. I had my roof replaced due to hail damage and from day one, Louie guided me through the entire process (from initial contractor inspection until the roof replacement was complete). He even helped throughout the insurance claim process. The day of the job, Ricky (Onsite Quality Control Manager) walked me through the process of the job and provided thorough updates, explanations and pictures.
