  Charged my mother $200 on an estimate. Saw an opportunity to make an extra Buck and took it on someone who doesn’t know what they are looking at.

  Mr. Helm, We do not charge for estimates. We were called out to your mother's home to do an estimate, at which point we had noticed a few large issues. Being that members of the Layne family were friends with your family, we had let your mother know the issue, and explained that it would be best to take care of the repair immediately. It was also explained that we would credit her the amount of the repair if we were to do the entire roof. As a local family owned business, we strive to do our best for our neighbors and frown upon those who see a problem and not take action. We hope you understand our point of view. Best, Layne Roofing

  They should not be in the roofing business! Told me my roof was fine, but it wasn't had a new company come out and needed a whole new roof.

  Very bummed. We were referred to Layne Roofing by our neighbor who had a great experience. They got us the quote very quickly and we agreed to it. From there, they jerked us around on the installation and the lady on the phone was completely unprofessional and rude. I would never recommend this company to anyone...awful.

  We apologize that your experience was not up to par for you. However, Layne Roofing did not provide services to you or your home.   Layne replaced a terribly-done prior job. The quote process was easy, and communication with the main office was excellent. When the job was done, the crew worked efficiently and very neatly, they consistently cleaned the areas during and after. The owner was one-site many times. I got quotes from 6 local roofing companies and Layne was the most reasonable, and their quote was 100% accurate.

  Simply put the only roofers worth calling! We have used Derek and the team at Layne roofing for multiple projects and they continue to never disappoint. They do quality work and always leave our projects clean when finished. 10/10

  I can't say enough good things about Layne. Overall, the process was fast, well-done, and professional. The roof looks excellent, and they did a thorough job cleaning up. Everyone on staff I have dealt with was courteous and friendly.

  They have been doing repairs on my roof for the past two years. I wish I had used them initially to replace roof. They are honest, thorough and I trust them completely. On these types of purchases, don’t cut corners go with a local family owned business. I highly recommend.

  I recently hired Layne Roofing and was thoroughly impressed. Their professionalism and attention to detail were evident from start to finish. They communicated clearly, worked efficiently, and delivered a high-quality roof that not only looks great but gives me confidence in its durability for years to come.   Tremendous attention to detail and such a major improvement from our old roof. We've been getting compliments from friends an neighbors on such a neat roofing and gutter replacement job. Would definitely recommend Layne Roofing, Derek and Eileen were great to work with.

  Only 5 stars available - would give them more . . . Layne was terrific !!! We've had the roof re-done twice, and neither were good experiences - wish we'd have used them before. They replaced the skylights and did a terrific job …

  I would like to comment on the work done on my roof. by Layne. First of all, they arrived-on time, actually early. got right to work and I don't think they stopped till the job was finished. Not only did they clean up every piece of roofing material, but they also even rake the flower bed without doing any damage to the spring flowers starting to pop up. Roof looks great. Cost was in line with what I expected.
