Very disappointed with the service provided by Lavazza Roofing. Had our roof replaced in 2024 and shortly after we found a leak. Tony Mikhael came and assessed the situation and it was a result of his team’s faulty workmanship. They …

They gave regular service but I have to give lower stars since they left some stuff behind on the roof and it took me multiple emails/calls to have them come, with them saying they were gonna come but then not showing up etc. Communication could improve... They also harassed me to remove this review, calling/messaging and even showing up at my house and calling my neighbour, though I already talked to them about it. If this persists, I'll have to file a complaint. It's possible other people had lower star reviews up but took them down because of this

You won’t regret it! I honestly thought all the reviews were exaggerating about Tony, but he turned out to be an amazing guy! He gave me great advice on how to maintain my roof and even showed me ways to save money on the payments. His crew …

I called many of Ottawa's roofing companies to come out and give me an estimate. I know I need a new roof, but also knew I need a couple of roof repairs to get me through to the next 12 or 24 months before I can do the roof. I mentioned to each company that I can not afford a roof right now but they all proceeded to quote me on a new roof anyway and not the 2 spots that needed fixing. I connected with Tony from Lavazza and I wish I would have called him first, it would have saved me a lot of aggravation and time. He listened to me, didn't try to sell me a roof and fixed the issues that could have caused me major problems over the winter So the choice is easy, when I am ready to do the entire roof, only one phone call will be made, to Tony and Lavazza Roofing. If you need a new roof or repairs Tony's expertise and customer service are better than any roofing company in Ottawa, it's that simple. Choosing a new roof or repair contractor should not be done quickly, Tony will take his time and make sure you understand and agree to the scope of work before he starts the job. Thanks Tony

Tony and company are the absolute best. Lavazza were recommended to us through our property manager, and we are now recommending them to our friends and family. Hard working, punctual, and professional from A-Z!

We were very pleased with the final result of the work done on our roof and have received many compliments on it. Working with Tony on the estimate and throughout the process was pleasant and productive and Dan did a great job of installing the roof along with his co-worker and was great at explaining the process. Thank you!
