Cancelled on me due to not being able to commit to their word. They had no initiative to contact me to give me updates therefore I had to contact them directly to get any answers each month. Any answers they gave were just BS excuses. Lost 3 (almost 4) months of waiting after them stating they could start in 4 weeks when signing the contract. Now we are scrambling to find someone else to install a much needed roof.

Great service, quick to respond. Rick fixed the flat roof leak by removing a redundant brick chimney, replaced roof vents with a continuous vent at the peak, and seamlessly tied the rolled flat roof with the shingled house roof. 5 stars

Rick and his team did a great job on our roof, with two skylights, satellite dish and antenna to deal with - not to mention uncooperative weather. But Rick's experience and work ethic prevailed, and they were all so polite and professional. The roof looks great and the leaking skylight doesn't drip any more, and we've already recommended Lakeview to others.

They did my roof repair in good time. Also redid an old repair so it matched the rest of the roof at no extra cost. I really appreciated that!
