  The roofing job was good. Have skylights leaking not his fault. Skylight company is going to provide new ones. Now I can't get a call back from Larry. I've been trying for 5 months to get in touch. Not sure what the problem everything was fine and now nothing it is a shame peiple function this way

  L.M. Roofing has no record of business with this client. We reached out to resolve this mistake and we believe this is related to another roofing company who has attacked us in the past. This person is personally naming someone and not the company.

  I would not recommend LM roofing! My insurance company was only wanting to replace half of my roof in the wind storm in 2023. Larry wasn't able to get them to approve it, so I ended up hiring a public adjuster. This was all done by the end of 2023. March 14, 2024 Larry's crew came out. They were supposed to be here the 15th, Friday. They showed up unannounced on a Thursday and started working on the roof. Due to the rain they were only able to remove a section of the shingles and replace them. They came back the next day and removed the rest of the shingles. Even knowing that it was going to rain. They put the white sheeting stuff down and had to leave. They come back Saturday morning and finished the roof. While they were here, Larry made his assistant (his girlfriend) go to home Depot and buy more supplies and also take some back that was here. The guy noticed that the pipes coming out of the roof was covered. He contacted Larry and it. I talked to Larry's girlfriend (which was his assistant) and she put him on speaker phone and we discussed this. He was supposed to come out and do some type of water test. That's yet been done. Which I didn't hire them to do that, so that's not so much of a big deal to me. They used black spray paint to cover the pipes coming out of the roof (without asking if I was okay with that color change), spray painted along some black stuff -which has now faded, and caused over spray on my siding. I told the guys and they used gasoline to attempt to wipe off the spray. I had to contact Larry himself and complain about it. I had to contact to Larry another time bc I noticed they damaged the soffit and to complain once again about the black spray paint on my white siding. They terribly patched up the cracked soffit and still wasn't successful in removing the paint. The whack patch job is crooked! They also damaged the gutter on the front of my house and tried to fix it. It's already fallen down! There's even some shingles that look like t

  Opened a claim with them thru insurance, they would not answer the phone messed up my whole claim do not recommend. They just went ghost like a contractor.

  Thank you for your feedback Justine, I have reviewed your file & it appears we haven’t even submitted an estimate to you nor been to your home not even once!. You did contact us back in 2023, in regards to some storm damage and we advised you to reach out to your homeowners insurance, upon reviewing your claim with them, it appears you may of not had the coverage with your homeowners as you thought. Your adjuster wanted to only pay for a small patch job, that would result in less cost then your deductible. As a roofing company we do not open claims, you must file a claim with your insurance company yourself per law, it is your insurance company’s job to determine the damages and pay according. We have nothing to do with your insurance company, we can only advise our clients. Maybe leave them a bad review as they didn’t want to pay. We understand storm damage can be frustrating, however we are not one of the many roofing company’s chasing insurance claims and committing insurance fraud by falsely working claims. If you would like to discuss your situation our office is open Monday - Friday 9AM to 5PM

  Larry never finished the job. A siding job. Said their was some things He wasn't happy with, he told me he was going to ride out and discuss it with me. He never showed up and never called back. Was told by the girl in the office that I was going to receive a refund for work not completed. Never got a check or any return phone calls. Been calling, texting for weeks. No Response. Not very Professional in my opinion.

  Thank you for your feedback. We take customer service very serious as all our customers will say and our track record has proven. A lot of the information you have provided is false. Your original work order was for soffits and during your work order you added extra work for LM Roofing to perform unfortunately due to material shortages we couldn’t get the added materials and ordered the small amount of siding that was on back order for you. Unfortunately after our supplier made us aware it would be even longer before they could get the specific siding, we reached directly out to you to return the money you had paid to order the 8 pieces of siding due to LM roofing not knowing when we would be able to get the siding. Your money was returned by Check to you. And no job was ever left incomplete that was agreed we would complete. We told you if and when we could get the specific siding we would install even though it was never a scheduled work order but something you added during another scheduled work order and if we would of been able to get the specific extra materials then we would of been happy to install why our technicians were at your home to complete a separate order. In regards to claiming you made several calls/texts, our main business line does not receive text messages & our phone records show you made one call during lunch and left no voicemail. This client has had LM Roofing install 2 roofing system and soffit installation and never made one complaint about any work order. We hope you can understand we tried to get the materials you requested and as a business we wanted to return your money for the back order materials since it was unknown when we could get them.   From the point of first contact LM Roofing was professional and forthright. Delivered on everything that was promised. Communication was top notch and made the process seamless. Couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with.

  I had a leak that started from the storms on Wednesday, their team came out on Thursday and tarped the spot for me, they were out on Monday like discussed and repair the issue in a timely manner. they were very professional with me as I was unsure what to do.

  I manage some apartments and had a tenant with a leaking roof. These guys jumped right on it the day I called. I have since signed a contract with them for all my roofing issues. Fair pricing & easy to work with locally.

  I had LM Roofing replace my roof in August 2023 and they did a fantastic job even fixed some serious structural problems!! The crew showed up when they said they would!! I called them yesterday and said I had a small leak coming in from around a vent pipe, and Larry said he would send someone out today and they did. It was just a twisted vent from the 75 mph winds we had on Sunday. Put extra sealant on it and said it shouldn’t leak any more!! Great service and a great guy to work with!!

  After weeks of trying to get a roofer to call back, or show up, I seen a recommendation for LM. I messaged Ben on FB and he immediately responded. They were out in a couple days for an estimate. They answered or called back promptly with questions about materials and choosing what we wanted. We inquired about a metal roof, and although they could make more money, were honest in telling us it wouldn't be a good choice for our roof. The showed up to roof a week earlier than estimated and did a professional job, with manager and sales guys checking in and thoroughly checking the final product. Was also please to know it is veteran owned and operated. Who would have thought you could have a good experience with a roofer after having to deal with so many flaky people! Totally recommended!

  I used L.M. Roofing to replace my shingles due to wind damage, Larry came by and inspected my roof in a timely manner and gave me a estimate that was very reasonable and had his crew out the same day to tarp the roof. His crew was out in a timely manner and replaced my shingles with IKO shingles, a great quality shingle that I have so far been happy with. I am very satisfied with the work they did and plan to use them in the future for work on my siding.
