  I had an appointment booked for Seth to come out on Saturday at 12. He called multiple times on top of texting in a 5-minute period around 1:30 on Friday while I was in an appointment to see if he could come out that day. I have work... I was also honestly creeped out that a man would act as inappropriately as he did towards a female client...there's no way he'd harass a male client like that. He said the company had just put it on his calendar and he had plans. This seemed odd as I had booked 4 days earlier. To get some peace and quiet, I called him back and said it would not work and I did not want him coming out mad on a Saturday because I ruined "his plans". I then blocked him to get peace after the incessant texting and calling. At this point I was extremely frustrated, so tried to work it out with the office, who did not seem to care. I called the office, and yes I was rude when the person who answered: 1. Refused to allow me to speak with an office manager about this behavior 2. Cancelled the appointment when I asked if the person they were going to rebook me with would stick with the schedule. Apparently, a schedule is not something they want to guarantee. Nor is an employee calling and texting a client multiple times in 5 minutes frowned upon. Customers are at the mercy of who they are paying to do work. I had already booked my plans for the day around Seth showing up (even cancelled an appointment for him to be here), but between his behavior and the rude office staff, I would not recommend this company. I have also left a VM for the company to delete my information. I don't want to go through this experience again.

  Their marketing department must have purchased my data from a broker as they texted me a spam message asking to fill in an online form and I even don’t live in the area. This is a red flag from a contractor to behave this way.

  A few years back, Lynn came out and spent an hour looking at all the work that needed to be done but then when it came time to giving me an estimate then the communications stopped.

  They did an absolutely amazing job. My roof looks perfect, the new gutters look so much nicer than the old weather damaged gutters I had, and the ceiling in my bedroom where my leak was looks perfect. You can't even tell there is a patch. It was blended perfectly. Seth and Joel took care of everything from talking to my insurance adjuster to making sure the work was done correctly. I would hands down hire them, and this company again.

  I highly recommend Korrect for your roofing and remodeling needs. I give them 5 stars. They are top notch and did an excellent job on my new roof recently and my master bathroom a few years ago. They were very professional, hard-working, and did a great job cleaning after the job was done. I enjoyed working with Seth and Joel. Seth was very courteous, helpful, and went above and beyond.   Gary came out and looked at my pier/beam foundation. It was difficult to visualize the complete support system, but Gary informed me that all was good with the cement pilings. I felt comfortable with his decision and appreciated his honesty.

  I chose Korrect because of strong google reviews and an A+ rating from the BBB. We worked with Stephen. He was honest, efficient, and kind. He collaborated well with our structural engineer. I would happily recommend them to friends and family.

  Korrect General Contracting repaired our 18-foot porch post in North Richland Hills after it started to deteriorate and lean. The team did a fantastic job — professional, responsive, and detail-oriented. Everything looks solid and safe again. Highly recommend!

  Korrect was able to convert a metal barn built in 2021 to my dream barndo. All while we still lived 4 hours away. Stephen was able to see my vision and bring it to life, and was willing to incorporate the salvaged windows and cabinets that I found. Overall, the process was smooth and the team responsive to our concerns.
