Horrible! Came into a gated neighborhood no soliciting signs & not respecting property owners. Asked to leave multiple times but refused. Were confrontational., rude, harassing, & unprofessional. Would never use or recommend this business!!!

Knocked on my door at 8 pm and woke up my family on a Wednesday night to sell me a roof. Proceeded to argue with me as if I was in the wrong. Garbage people and a garbage company. Consider this a trespass warning.

Do not use this business !!! They ignore No Soliciting signs and will continue to harass you once you have told them that you are not interested. I work from home and it is super annoying to have someone ignore signage and still try to sell you a roof that you don't need. Quality reliable roofers do not go door to door.

Avoid this company. They came out and looked at roof. Wouldn't shoot me a quote until they found out what my insurance would pay. Then shot me a quote for right at what in insurance payed. Great. The decking needed replaced. They shot me a quote for about 3500. I payed that. They got here about week later, put half the deck on, and re done the shingles. Great. But, half the decks new and half still good. Should reimburse half of 4500. Nope, they bill me again for an additional almost 400 buck's. Why? Who knows. Fight with sells rep for over a month. Finally get reimburse but only 780 buck's of the 4500. Math isn't mathing. During the roof install a screen on window got ripped and they just threw it away and never said a word. I called them out on this. And it still is not fixed. And shingles hit window and has scratches all down it. This company is not good. Go somewhere else and save a headache. I held off on writing this until everything was done but dont appear anything else will be done.. Update/edit. Everyone look at kennedy reply. Notice how they only addressed the insurance issue? As my window is still scratched and still no screen on it.. 3rd edit. Roof 2 months old and after this last rain, it's leaking.

Very disappointing experience. Our new roof has leaked twice since the install. Their repair consist of smearing caulking as a patch. On top of the other issues of exposed wood , loose flashing /siding and overall poor work. We’ve let them …

We do apologize for the issues you have had. Our previous crew, who has since been replaced, was not holding our work to the standard we strive for. While we can understand your frustrations, threatening our repair teams with, and I quote, "Pushing them off the roof myself" makes us far more reserved when it comes to sending crews out. We would still like to ensure the repairs are done to your liking, and to close out this job with a satisfied customer, not a disappointed one. Please reach out to us again so we can clear this up.

We had a new roof installed on our store's building and we've had leaks since then. We've contacted Chris Kennedy SEVERAL times, with pics, and he's not sent anybody out to make repairs YET. Texts go back to December of last year and we're still here with a leaking roof and wet ceiling tiles. He won't even answer phone calls or texts now. Be leery of these guys. They're all pleasant and accommodating while they keep jacking your insurance company for more and more money but once the job is completed and they've got their payout, they're GONE. If you'd like to see my correspondence with Kris, don't hesitate to contact me. I'll be glad to show you what I've got. I am not one to just randomly post a negative review about a business online but when all attempts at getting some kind of "warranty" repairs done have resulted in us being blown off for 5 months now, it's way overdue. EDIT: In response to the owner: Jon came out and was VERY professional. He got up on the roof, diagnosed the problem and took care of it. He even offered to replace the ceiling tiles that were leaked on. I have his business card and contact info and he's asked me to reach out at any time. Again, I never wanted to put this review out there publicly but I had tried to get it resolved with the "other guy" for months and resorted to this as a last ditch effort. Thank you Jon for your help. Your professionalism is top notch. Carla EDIT 3-11-2026- Well, I've posted pics of my current situation today. Scratch Jon. He's become part of the issue now as he won't even answer or respond to my texts. They keep telling me it's not a ROOF problem? Really? Do you see how my carpet, IN MY BUSINESS, is ruined from repetitive fallouts from rain bogging down my tiles. I can't even USE that space back there because of the mess they have left. This part of my roof NEVER EVEN LEAKED prior and now I'm dealing with this. I'm almost to my wits end with trying to negotiate a repair based on th

The guy solicited at my place 2 more times after we said no, and the third time, he approached my wife while she was at the park with my son!! I don’t know about their actual roofers, but the sales guy really left a nasty taste in my mouth.

Wow where to start. Kennedy Roofing is amazing. Kaitlyn was a Godsend. When the insurance said no, she fought and said don’t you worry we will get it done and that she did. From start to finish they were professional and courteous and always accessible to answer any questions or concerns. The young men, Geo and the crew who came to do the work were so very courteous and respectful and such hard workers. We went from a tar and gravel roof to a composite and it looks amazing. I no longer have the ugliest roof on the block and I couldn’t be happier. If your insurance company says no, Kaitlyn will fight for you and get it done, she’s a go getter. I highly recommend her and Kennedy roofing!

I had a great experience with Kennedy roofing! They made the roof claim process seamless and far less stressful than it could have been. My roof looks phenomenal and I will be recommending Kennedy to anyone that comes by way!

Had a great experience with Kennedy Roofing and I couldn't have asked for a better rep than Julian. He was always available for questions throughout the process, made everything clear and worked great with my insurance adjuster to make sure I got as much as I could get covered. Hopefully I don't need my roof replaced again anytime soon, but if I do, I'll be using Kennedy again.

Brenton was very helpful. Took me from start to finish without any hassle. The crew arrived on day/time as promised, and completed the roof in one day. Gutters received the same level of service. I'm very satisfied.

Jacob Ebert took such wonderful care of me. He handled everything from start to finish. I got to set back and see my house get a much needed face lift! They put a new roof on my home and work shop, new siding and gutters. Painted trim, new window screens, a new mailbox and a new shed. Everyone that I was in contact with was very professional and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Kennedy!
