After wading through three separate estimates from corporate outfits that felt like absolute daylight robbery, discovering this local crew was an absolute game-changer. Ken-Lark Roofing Works quoted a fair, highly transparent cash price that omitted any ridiculous administrative fees or high-pressure upselling. The workers in Lauderhill hustled in the heat, reinforced our damaged ridge vents quickly, and left the site clean. Highly recommended for authentic, hard-working labor.

They explained exactly where the leak was coming from and fixed it for a super reasonable price. So happy with their work!

I had to rip out all our winter coats and throw down half a dozen beach towels in a total panic, absolutely stressed out because the forecast showed rain for the next four days straight and I knew the wood frame was just rotting away up there.
