  Paid to have my pergola roof and chimney fixed. First strong wind the pergola is flapping in the wind. I can not get Ronnie Allard to come fix the work. Update: After several calls, texts, and finally a poor review and months of waiting. Ronnie has come out and says he has fixed the issue. Says he didn’t see that additional screws were needed. The roof is still making a flapping noise when the wind blows. I am 2 months in from the last contact with Ronnie to get this fixed. And it still isn’t fixed. 12/12/2022 When the initial work was done. I had screws and old hardware left all over the porch under the pergola. There was no apology or accountability. Only worried about this poor review. Hired him to see how things would be for a small job before getting major work done. Update 12/27/2024: Roof was never fixed and not any attempt to fix it.

  I am so pleased with the work Dan and his crew did at my home after the hail on Mother's day destroyed so much. Dan and my insurance adjuster worked to get everything back to where it was before the hail, no it is way better now. I had no worries at all. Could not have asked for a finer more trustworthy and committed group of men taking care of my issues. They all knew what they were doing and did it! I thank the Lord for each and everyone of them and how they were God's provision for me.

  The Guys from K&K were great. They were there from start to finish, came out with the adjuster as well as the roofing crew. Billing was a breeze and the office staff were caring and kind.   I have used this company twice, and they are absolutely awesome in what they do with roofing, taking it down to the bare boards if that’s what is needed. They are great to work with, friendly and very competent. I highly recommend them.

  A rainy morning in a rainy week. A call, “the roof is leaking in 2 places.” I was expecting a long wait for anyone to come take care of this. But K&K called me back in minutes, came same day, checked twice about the price being okay, dodged the storms, and fixed the problem on the spot. Extremely professional! Recommend!
